Thank you for subscribing. The best place to start probably isn't youtube since i would need more info on what you are trying to fix. . My mitochondriac guide is the best place to start improvementwarriorfitness.com/mitochondriac All the blueblockers I recommend are at improvementwarriorfitness.com/blueblockers I use midwestern the most and recommend them the most. Let me know any other questions.

So in 20 years you haven't completely reversed diabetes. That's an issue. T2D should be reversed in 3-4 months. Diabetes is a light problem and not a nutrition one. Get bad light and bad food like these shakes you end up with major problems like hip issues, which is also a disease of light. Get a kiniki and get your hips outside

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 *🎙️ Dr. Andrew Marino, a renowned researcher in electromagnetic energy, discusses his extensive work spanning over half a century.* 02:35 *🏛️ Perception of Dr. Marino's work varies based on one's exposure; it's widely known in certain circles but may be disregarded or opposed by others, especially those influenced by industry.* 05:45 *🧠 Lack of awareness and protection contribute to the widespread use of devices without considering potential health risks, highlighting a societal failure to safeguard against unintentional harm.* 06:51 *💰 Dr. Marino discusses how he'd allocate research funding: taxpayer money for animal studies and personal funds for deeper understanding, emphasizing the importance of ethical research.* 09:56 *🐾 Dr. Marino advocates for applying findings from animal studies to humans, suggesting that mechanisms observed in animals could apply to humans as well.* 11:33 *⚖️ Dr. Marino explains how economic interests and industry influence have suppressed awareness and research into EMF risks, despite ample evidence.* 14:53 *🧪 The reductionistic approach in experimental biology, focusing solely on genes and molecules, limits understanding of complex phenomena like the effects of EMF.* 17:16 *🛠️ Dr. Marino criticizes the reductionistic approach in science for ignoring EMF issues and prioritizing industry interests, leading to a lack of funding for relevant research.* 19:41 *🏛️ Government reliance on organized science and industry-funded studies perpetuates the status quo, hindering independent research on EMF risks.* 21:47 *🔍 Dr. Marino sees limited hope for independent research funding, suggesting it may only come from philanthropic billionaires, as industry and government funding are unlikely.* 25:11 *🤔 Dr. Marino advises caution in exploring creative concepts related to EMF, emphasizing the importance of focusing on evidence of health risks rather than speculative theories.* 28:49 *🤔 There's a need for people to research and educate themselves before forming strong opinions or theories.* 29:30 *📱 The messaging around EMF warnings, like those found in tablet fine print, is a topic of debate, particularly concerning why there's an RF warning but not a microwave warning.* 32:26 *💡 High-frequency EMFs, such as those from Wi-Fi and smartphones, are the most significant concern due to their impact on the human body, particularly the brain.* 34:09 *🏥 Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) is often dismissed by doctors, highlighting a need for better-trained physicians and improved recognition of electromagnetic illnesses.* 37:58 *🌐 Efforts are underway, particularly in Europe, to develop diagnostic tools for identifying EHS, though the outlook for recognition in the United States remains bleak.* 39:52 *📊 Classifications of EMF by organizations like the World Health Organization may be influenced by industry, raising questions about their reliability and motives.* 43:01 *🧪 The purity of scientific research can be compromised by funding sources, leading to biases in studies and prioritization of certain research areas over others.* 49:40 *🤷‍♂️ Attempts to change people's opinions directly can be futile; instead, making information available and letting individuals come to their own conclusions is often more effective.* 53:03 *🏡 Practicing EMF hygiene involves minimizing exposure by using wired connections instead of Wi-Fi, avoiding high EMF areas, and maintaining a balanced perspective on the risks.* 56:20 *📢 Building awareness and organizing politically can be crucial in addressing the growing issue of EMF exposure and advocating for safer technology.* 57:11 *🌍 Global issues gain traction through political organization, even if not universally accepted.* 58:38 *💡 Legislation addressing EMF concerns may not follow a traditional timeline in the United States, likely to be introduced through product regulation.* 01:03:21 *📉 EMF exposure is viewed as a long-term cumulative risk similar to environmental toxins like cigarette smoke.* 01:05:24 *💡 Understanding the cause-and-effect relationship of chronic diseases like cancer is crucial for prevention, yet it's often overlooked in medical research.* 01:07:29 *📚 Dr. Andrew Marino plans to republish his book on bioelectricity and is working on another project to address contemporary issues in the field.* Made with HARPA AI

Hi! I’ve starter the epi-paleo diet (I’m on day 2) and I have keto flu symptoms, primarily nausea and feeling tired and week. I feel disgusted by the thought of eating more fat and salmon at the moment (I’ve had lots of salmon, quite a bit of seaweed, octopus, one oyster, olive oil, butter, mushrooms and brie cheese). I just read about keto flu and salt and water being helpful, so I’m drinking more water (structured but unfortunately with flour/fluoride in it) and had sim salt a moment ago, I think it’s helping a little. But I’m sort of dreading eating lunch witch it is time for soon… can I have apples that grows in my garden? They’ve been refrigerated for a week. I could probably find some apples outside still. Or will homegrown apples prolong the process and make the nausea stay for a longer period of time?! I’m awaiting getting let in to Jack Kurdes forum to get help there. I hope you can help me out with your thoughts until then!?

How much sunlight and grounding have you been doing daily? Are you seeing the sunrise daily? What is your goal with this diet? If you are over 25 pounds overweight, you need to start with the leptin reset webinars/diet
@emmakrook

@@SunYunJason I’ve been watching the sunrise every morning for maby 4 or 5 weeks and quite often the sunset too. I’m grounding daily and spending time outdoors, at least for an our but quite often more. Today maby 4 hours. I’ve been doing some ct too. I live in Sweden. I want to improve my mitochondrial and overall health. I’ve made sure to eat breakfast within an hour after waking, aiming for within half an hour and sometimes making that. I live in Sweden. Thank you so much for replying!!!

AIRPLANE MODE CHANGED Great, thanks. One thing most people don't know: airplane mode has changed on most phones - it now allows cellular and blutooth signals. This happened back in 2018 when apple changed their iphone OS airplane mode to allow cellphone and blutooth signals to operate. At first it was just the current iphone, but fairly quickly they downloaded the new system onto most of their older phones, and other cellphone companies followed suit. It is still possible that your phone's airplane mode really has no transmission, but unlikely. You can check it out with a good RF/microwave meter. Otherwise, to be sure all of your transmitters are off, you need to shut the phone totally down. AND THANK YOU so much for posting jack kruse's NOURISH VERMONT 2017 talk - it is absolutely great, the information would be transformative to anyone who tried it. I know from personal experience.
