Barbell Turkish get-up fail one side, success the other
One of the best exercises for overall body strength, stability, mobility, balance and everything in between.
90 pounds on the bar. 140 was my all time record, which I got on a flat surface and not on my driveways incline.
The barbell adds way more shoulder stability than a kettlebell and you have to be much more patient with each step. Give it a try
