Great class today Tim. Went to the CMC to start the 'Transform' course and couldn't find it. It's probably just meditating somewhere else. Anyway, I'm happy to be back in the CMC and looking forward to practicing with you (and coffee) every morning.

I’m still with you. … I’m good with everything except the lying on my back with soles of feet together, knees out. That seems to really aggravate my knees - possibly because my hips are so tight. Is there a way to build up to that or an alternative move?

🙏 I keep coming back to these back practices! I have prolapsed discs from many years of high impact exercises & I too discovered yoga after advice from my consultant as I refused to have an operation. That was around 17 years ago and now with lots of walking & yoga, rarely have any problems or pain. This practice is particularly great after a mountain climb or a hard hike. Been with you since COVID & so thank you Tim for your inspiring classes! 😊

Thank you, I loved the short class and for me and introduction into somantic movement. I will definitely look into more of this practice. I was confused by the cones in the background thinking they were some large termite hill type structures and wondered where in the world you could be, until the lady appeared from behind one and I realised they were just the folded umbrellas.It's interesting how ones perspective can shift when we have more information.
