Fair point to say: we also tested some samples from 2023, and they were not disappointing, such as the WP21 Ultra and this WP30 Pro. Also in low light it was acceptable compared to an Cat S62 Pro. We didn't tried the Ulefone phones last 2 years, can't give feedback on that, but thank you for yours.

Thank you for your input. Our professional opinion: it's got more similarities with a high and ZTE. But then: it's all about the brand, software (meta space) and exclisivity. If you want to meet just the specs, than a high end ZTE would do the job as well.

Why buy a Hermes handbag of 50,000 USD, when you also can buy a textile bigshopper for 2 USD from the grocery market? It's all about what someone want to show to another what they can afford and what not. We are not judgemental about that, but some others would buy it for the brand and most likely you wouldn't - and bless you for making your own choices.

Good question! The brand is registered in England. The manufacturing is taking place in China (as far we know). The once English owner went bankrupt and VERTU brand died with it for a short while. Since several years now, two Turkish and Chinese investirs bought the brand and brought it back to life.

Same question: why would someone but a handbag worth $ 45,000? The leather is overpriced? It's the matter of being exclusive, that's the whole point. People who buy this know they pay more compared to other brands that manufacture phones, but they also know they're being exclusive in a way most people can't permit

Like almost all tech (and chargers) these days... Yes: made in China. Sometimes tech is "made in China", but assembly is in another country, so manufacturers can say "made in (other country)", meanwhile tech itself is from Chinese manufacturers 😉 It wouldn't say it's bad tech though
