I mean it’s Murgaritz, it’s famous for experimentation not for flavor. That restaurant is for cooks if anyone, definitely not regular diners. It’s cutting edge for cooking techniques they’re very clear that they don’t serve appetizing food. So maybe that rich guy should have read up on the cook before going there. Honestly I love watching Murgaritz take pretentious rich people’s money. Andoni Luis Aduriz is the mastermind behind it incase anyone is interested.

Great restaurants, bars and markets are so easy to find, one just runs into them by walking downtown, or around the beach, neighbourhoods like Gros and Amara... It's just omnipresent. Anthony Bourdain said once there was no better place to eat in Europe. This experience is definitely not representative of the foodie culture in the city, so sad.
