No it runs by its self but it’s currently 630$ on Walmart not as cheap as before

i would go for PS5, you can play all PS4 games... it runs faster and better + u can play all new gammes the next 7 years easy.

@@awinfrost5343 theres a comparison between 500 dollar pc vs ps5. the pc did very well for the price of 500 bucks. Pc is the best gaming investment ever and there are more budget pcs too

There a tons of games.. very cheap, no matter if psn sales or physical. There is no need to have ps+. Only for multiplayer games.

@@awpcosmic What´s wrong with you? You really want the dumb PC vs Console thing? It is a completely different experience. PS4 is a 2013 maschine and is getting new games after 10+ years. A 400 PC from 2013 wouldnt handle games like that 10 years later. Fact. And if you poor person want a comparison, you should do it with with PS5. So you get a maschine for 400 - 450 that is able to play new games for 10+ years. So you save that lot money, that even if you would buy PS+ from time to time (again, there is no need and you can get it really cheap). PSN sales on top of that are like steam these days (top titles for 10 or less, even 5...) + physical games are very cheap after some months + you can trade or sell them again. On PC it is mostly bound on an account and digital. Means your money is 100% gone. So you see it has it´s own advantages. If you want better performance, you have to buy a good PC (and spend more money), that´s it. You may not pay for multiplayer (which i also not like), but on the other hand you will lose the physical game option advantage. And before you start: on doesitplay site you can see that most games are directly playable installed from disc. Only Online Only Games or focused on Online Games need an update or internet connection. But that´s just normal, because that is a part of the game genre.

@@GokuTributeZ first of all no need to jump me cuz i have different opinion. its useless to write paragraphs for this. second of all currently im ps4 user and ps4 gets no new games (rarely it really does). a 500 dollar pc can offer better fps than a ps4 does and has better performance overall. the old games on pc are free now and they run pretty smooth considering its a budget pc for 500 bucks. i aint spend 80 dollars for year just to pay multiplayer which nobody should. pc is better in EVERY single aspect.

@@awpcosmic Again, you write nonsense. The PS4 is a 2013 !!! old maschine... so it is not fair to compare it with a 2024 PC. You have to compare it with PS5. And no, you are wrong, the PS4 gets most new games beside the exclusives or games that are not possible on PS4 anymore. You can check it easy also on PSN, most games are also on PS4. And no, again. PC has nearly no physical games, so that´s a downside. It is not better in every aspect. ;) The smooth UI and store without loading times (into the menu), or jumping into a game in some seconds skiping loading icons (faster than PC) is great for a 400 - 450 maschine. The PS5 can run most games in 60 fps,, has even 120 fps games.
