I was skeptical because of the cost difference but that's a super complete kit. The shims and removal tool are where the extra money is going and these look better quality than the energy suspension setup. I just got my 97 f250hd and already ordered 17 different things for me to work on making it really nice again. Long road ahead but I'm looking forward to it.

I have a 1992 Bronco with a 7.3 swap, pulling hills in 90+ degree heat, temp gauge started creeping on me. I think it’s time for a fan upgrade. Did you notice much change in temps while driving?

Great Info! Just make sure to extract as much of the oil out of the cylinder as possible prior to Installation Folks! 🤙🏻

Yes, I second that!

I usually pull the rear one first, then do a slow turn by hand with the valve cover set on and the glow plugs out. Then spin it with the starter, then put the glow plugs in and straight to burnouts and jail

Nice work, did you have to add any controls to operate the mirrors or was the truck already setup for that?
@chuckparson6712Ай бұрын
To each his own, but simplicity rules to me. Adding electronic components is just adding another weak point if you ask me. I'll be sticking with the stock mirrors on my 01 Platinum edition

@@The73Garageactually I like most of those clips in the intro, just shorten each clip to a second or two, I'd ax the old green dash speedo shot (dated), and bring that last clip into a left to right transition to your channel name, just for a half second or so. If the whole intro was only 5-10 seconds that'd be good.

Love those engines! Would be cool if more folks would do engine swaps with them or is that unrealistic. Curious minds want to know. 😄
@killacam7234Ай бұрын
Im not an expert. But I do own a obs 7.3. I would imagine there’s not much point in swapping them. Not a lot of power without ALOT of $$. Most people Cummins swap into fords. Not the other way around.

Reason why the fan is playing caught up is because fan / cooler is under sized. You should have went with the extreme model. Larger fan and cooler. That's the hyper model
