Celebrity Jeopardy was hilarious, all of them were. Also, if you haven't done them yet, you've got to do Black Jeopardy with Kenan Thompson. He's funny on anything, but he really shines on Black Jeopardy. The first one to look at is with Tom Hanks. I've seen it a dozen times, never fails for major gut laughs. Great stuff.

So, i was born and grew up in Birmingham UK, and my mum and dad had two main music types...rock and reggae! I grew up on both, and as UB40 were from there....i heard all of their albums in my dads car! ❤ my mum used to go to Reggae and Ska clubs in Birmingham as a young woman 😊

This is my favorite Sabbath song. I'm partial to Sabbath with Dio over Ozzy, though I think they both did better solo. Black Sabbath was considered evil by a lot of people, because of their name and the shallowness of society at the time. They did it on purpose to show the blatant absurdity of such a superficial reaction. Their anti-war message here was considered subversive and pro-Communist at that time in the Cold War. This was extreme and radical then. This music, this time was the birth of heavy metal, though we probably wouldn't call it that today. Their general horror vibe was just the way they chose to push back, their hook, but it became a mainstay in metal.

500 watt surround sound stereo, digital master record, dark room and copping a buzz. That's the way to listen to this song. Look up the BBC special with Jimmy Page and you will understand it way better.

You guys will like “walks like a lady.” It’s funky jazz, or jazzy blues, or something. Different for Journey, a toe-tapper.

Don't be surprised that it wasn't a US No.1. The US were lukewarm towards a lot of all-time classics in the 70s and 80s. Even ABBA barely scraped one No.1 hit there, even though in the rest of the western world you could barely keep them off No.1 :P

Love you dudes reaction. You know some good hard Rock when you hear it. You appreciate it for what it is 🤯 This whole album doesn't have one mediocre song, they all every one make your hair stand up 🤘. Love the way they make it sound like it was put together in one of their garages too! Great sound. Im 55 yrs. old and first heard this at 10 or 11. Loved it but it also frightened me at the same time a little bit.. but never stopped jammin to it. Weird thing too is I love it as much today as 45 yrs. ago. Maybe more. ✌️🐸

The early Moody Blues were known for their use of the Mellotron, that background sound you wondered about. This was from their mellow end, but they rocked too. If you want to appreciate them you need to play the ALBUM In Search of the Lost Chord. Albums in those days weren't always just a bunch of songs, and that was a classic example of a Theme album. Ride My See-Saw was a rocking song on that album, but it is best heard together with the 45 second Departure setting it up. It is also a classic album of Head music. Legend of a Mind later on the album has that Mellotron working on the vocals, but the words on that one might give you something to talk about for sure. (Refrain: Timothy Leary's dead.) Anyway, it was a top album to play when smoking grass. Another note about listening in those far off days. There was AM radio, where Rafferty's Baker Street was heard everywhere. AM was singles, 45 rpm sales that "charted". Then FM, if you were lucky enough to have a good station playing the good stuff. NYC had one or two. They played singles, but also lots of the rest of the good stuff on albums. To really evaluate sales in those days you would have to track album sales, not singles. Otherwise if you were seriously into music you bought the LP, and of course heard all the songs. One more wee bit. . . 1970, riding to HS on the bus, AM radio playing. Bus gets to school while Green Eyed Lady is playing. Nobody gets out of their seat until the song is over. A one-hit wonder, charted to 3.

For higher quality audio find a studio version instead of the video version. Early eighties videos tend towards muffled audio and Joe Jackson's music deserves high fidelity playback because his instrumentals are always top notch. When you're ready for another taste of his music, check out some of these tunes -- "Is She Really Going Out with Him?", "Look Sharp!", "Got the Time", "It's Different For Girls", "Fools in Love", "Sunday Papers", "On Your Radio", "I'm the Man", "Beat Crazy" ...

Excellent video. The song is about a guy who is - for whatever reason - not able to finish his one sentence : you have asked me and I have not given you an answer . He starts with one word and adds another one with every turn. It happens that in German the three words solution "du hast mich" (you have (asked) me) is a homonym to "du hasst mich" (Lou hate me). That's the funny part.

There's a live version of this song in Paris (1972?) and you can see the drummer going apeshit and the guitarist ripping the solo and Ozzy doing his thing. It's amazing.

House of Pain's DJ Lethal later became and still is a member of Limp Bizkit, you can often hear in their tracks that Fred shouts "DJ Le-thal!". They covered this song, I recommend reacting to the performance of it on Family Values Tour 1998. Also there was Ice Cube on that tour. And Rammstein, Orgy, Korn (they were headliners). Ice Cube also performed one song with Korn there.

Enjoyed your reactions, sadly only Corey feels the soul in some of the songs. As, they say wisdom comes with age. RESPECT Corey! From an old white man..Steve Perry is still the master vocalist..PERIOD. Saw Journey in concert..ladies panties melted off.. If you couldn't get busy after a Journey concert...well you weren't a man...😂
