Yeah the short e vowel in deck and end and pet and stuff in most other accents are more similar to how you guys pronounce the short a vowel in apple and sat and stab. So trying to say dack like rhyming with Zack will make you sound like you're actually saying deck to the rest of the world. Or, use the short e that you guys pronounce before an L like elephant, relative, help, etc. That also works.

Apparently they sold their house, someone said so on Instagram. A Swedish person saw their house up for sale online..

@@bippitybippity Yes, they did sell their house, middle of june this year. Now I watched all the episodes and it feels a bit sad to know that they did all that work and had to give up on the house. I am wishing the best for them and my hope is that they are in a good place in life, and that they will recover from this setback. Thank you for all the videos and entertainment!

I dont understand how ppl think we are sayiing dick when we say deck. If we were saying dick it would sound the same as sick. Sick and deck sound different in our accent. Ick and eck its not the same i dont get it. I think aussies say it more weirdly than us.
