I must be a nutrition nerd because this was one of the most exciting videos I have seen in a long time. And the idea of styling the big pile of veggies for the photo shoot had me very jealous! LOL. Can't wait for the fruit video.

Hi Daphne! I love your content 😊 Of course you talk a lot about exercise and workout which is massively helpful! Thank you for that. But what I am also interested in is the question: How much calories do you burn when you work with your brain? How much more can you eat when you for example study or teach or write many hours of the day? Could you do a podcast about that? I would love that because as a teacher I somtimes feel that the calorie intake that is recommended for my size, age and weight is way too low. Could you explain the science? ❤

Iceberg salad is just crunchy water, I totally agree xD I always wondered what's the good of it, it seems so pointless in terms of nutrients to me. I just thought of it as carrier for healthy oils in a salad lol. Also, kale is so incredibly hard to find to buy where I'm living :/ Luckily, there's tons of spinach and the other stuff.

I was surprised beets weren't higher on your list. I suspect you missed out on the nutritional benefits of a number of these if they were high in phytochemicals, like polyphenols, yet maybe lower in measurable micronutrients. And I'm sorry that ginger wasn't on your root veggie list - it's probably used in the same amounts in cooking as garlic, and it's quite healthy.
