I started watching another channel's video on Helmer assembly and it was so useless, didn't explain how to tell back from front or right from left side. almost no voice over. I switched to your video and it was perfect! Every question I had was explained. This is the best Helmer video on youtube. You even keep in your mistakes and say how to reverse it or fix it, which is important because they are likely to be mistakes lots of people make, like not clicking the side rails in fully. I found a rubber mallet was good for making sure they clicked in place (without denting the metal).

This took me long but I got it! Tips for sides: Someone in the comments mentioned to not screw the metal parts on the sides in too tight. I losened mine a tiny bit, just so they could wiggle a millimener or so. I also pretty much had to put my full body weight on it before it went down. Really tricky when you can't see what youre doing. Also my second side just wouldn't go in and I noticed a very slight curve in the wood in the hole. I tried filing it down with a screw and it helped. It's really the small things that can ruin this.

Very low quality. After 2 years material started to tear. Ikea Slovenian says thats normal use and that this is not warranty. So 10 years warranty for Ikea sofas is a big lie
