I consider Genius as a better alternative than titanium or carbon, let's not forget the Dedacciai DR Zero which is also a very good steel. Well that turned out very well, what a gem my friend ……..an absolute classic look ………..I loved the paint scheme. That ITM stem was a new one for me, never seen that clamping variation before, may I ask the model name ?. Also can I ask did you buy the CX 11 power torque cranks as 46 /36 and then swop the big chainring out for a 50T ? If so it makes a nice alternative to Centaur. Love the fact you stuck to 10 speed and used that Record RD, a perfect choice. Put simply what a beautiful overall build….. wishing you loads of fun on it 😁👏👍

Hello my friend, I have already tested and adjusted the bike several times and I can say that it worked very well. It runs beautifully. I bought the crankset exactly as you say. Awesome build! Merckx MX Leader is top of the pyramid within the frames of this period. And the Dura-Ace 7400 group was likewise as good or better than contemporary Campagnolo. Even though I love them both, I prefer the preciseness of DA, with 7403 and 7410 being my favorite. And a Connex chain! I use those exclusively on all my builds both vintage and modern.

Beautiful! I have an identical F1 frame and fork from 1971 that I want to restore, but I don't know the original color, is the gold color from the factory? The best part of the frame is the wrap over seatstays that are different from any other vintage frame I've ever seen. I have most of the original components but they need some care but still in good working condition. Were your new components like the Centric brakes already polished from the factory or did you polish them before installation? Greetings from California, thank you for the beautiful video!

Hi, if the spacing between rear dropouts is 130mm, you can put any modern quick-release wheels there. If it's 126mm and you really want to redo it, it's probably best to expand to 130mm. There are videos on Yt how to do it. Thanks for watching the video and support.
