Gotta love the Matthew Reilly collection there. I couldn't in all honesty call the man a good writer. His prose is pretty bad. But man, he does stupid entertainment quite well. Did you happen to catch the movie he wrote and directed on Netflix?

@unlimitedreads it's quite good, actually. Very old school action. Seen people talking about how it isn't realistic but... it's written by Reilly, soooo...

A very original tag, great responses. I will be attempting Lisey's Story very soon. Love Dragonlance, magical series! No Exit sounds interesting as I have enjoyed some Laymon books in the past. I felt the same about The Road, such a grim, depressing read and yet so powerful.

Enid Blyton, Clive Cussler, Tom Clancy. are some of my favourite authors. I am not big on fantasy but I do like Sci Fi, especially Star Trek. I am not a fan of Horror and Fantasy or Magic/realism, but I love Adventure!! Love your shelves. So nice and clean and tidy!! LOL There is one name I did not see on your shelves. Matthew Reilly!! And he is an Australian Author!! At least I'm pretty sure I read that he was an aussie. He writes wonderful Adventure stories!!! I myself am a Kiwi although I no longer live in NZ. I live in Canada now, and let me tell you, the changes were huge!! Wrong side of the road, different currency, so many tall buildings including apartment buildings, Huge shopping malls and the seasons!! Winter is brutally cold here!! The health system is very good though. edied to add - have you read any of Steve Berry's books? Or James Rollins? More favourite authors - Lincoln Child & Douglas Preston - both together and solo. Oh and Tony Hillerman as well. More adventure!! I love Adventure and Mystery.
@unlimitedreads18 күн бұрын
I actually have all the Matthew Reilly books (he's my favourite Aussie author) they are up higher on top of the shelves. Dang, I forgot to film all my hardbacks! In relation to James Rollins and Lincoln and Preston, I know of them and I plan on checking them out one day. Thanks for watching 🙌
