Just finished this. And although we’ve had the bill hodges season. This was unlike anything king has wrote. It felt like a drama less so than crime. Rather the crime genre was a side show of the actual story. Honestly I just finished this 10 minutes ago and it was amazing I really didn’t want it to end. Jalbert was seriously likeable as much as he was the antagonist. But can’t believe he shot himself 😂😂😂😂
