Insecure was great and had a powerful message and I love the friendships and their growth. I did think the sex and the scenes were a bit much for me but I still enjoyed the show. Good job 👏

as someone who is young and chronically online and in a now(healthy, hetero) relationship, i have realized how engaging in such content has had an affect of my personality, mindset, and how i interact with others. since removing myself from the gender war topics i have been happier and more positive towards myself and other women.

The biases over race, ethnicity, and nationality come and go but conflict over relationships will be around forever. The people who derive money and power from conflict have no better accomplice. The only real solution seems to be lead by example and teach kids by example what healthy relationships look like. I'm afraid for the purposes of mental health stability as the trend seems to be away from that and more towards Idiocracy.

I don't think your synthesis that Whiteness consumes Blackness is correct. That's a byproduct or emergent phenomena. It's the attempt of the whole to swallow the individual. Either the whole becomes like the individual or the individual assimilates. It's Piaget of the Jung, if you catch my drift.

Hi, i'm a white hip hop fan living in Greece and i have always strugled to accept that i shouldn't enjoy rap as much us a black person, or why a artist should be called out for not being black. It plays a role that i got into rap in the 2010s and hip hop had already gone worlwide. I understand now that the blackness of hip hop should be recognised bc that's the origins plus the origins of most innovations in music in general, and thats where credit is due, but it is more of a historical discourse than one for the contemporary situations. When it comes to today's scene i think the discussion should be more about being real, having respect and passion for the music and always calling out the people that try to milk it for money and that exploit artists (like the top dogs of music companies, universal sony etc). Generally i think the problems are not as shalow as the colour of the artist but more systematic, like how the biggest companies put artists in debt or go around creating industry plants making millions off of the culture.

Gonna say this because it wasn't explicitly said, and from personal experience, people don't usually think about this: Unfollow the mfs who engage with the content as well. Including your friends. The unproductive conversations and debates they engaged in would clog up my feed and push foolishness to my algorithm. Blockity blockity block. Or unfollow if it ain't that serious. I'm just a person who completely disengages once I'm DONE.

First let me say, I love your channel. You are always on point, in my opinion. I just have to say when you mentioned Clair Huxtable, she was definitely shown at work as well. There are at least 3 episodes that I can point out where she was in the office. I agree with almost every point that you made with the exception of how Clair Huxtable was depicted. Her character even checked, Elvin when he implied that her role was to be subservient to Cliff. Lol. Just wanted to point that out. Great work! Keep on keeping on! 🙌🏾💪🏾

Gender wars are unfruitful I said it then that the red pill would revive the radical feminist they purported to hate and which was on the wane Gender wars don’t really add anything to the issues they claim to be frustrated by,things we are all frustrated by Incites anger and defensiveness It’s not conducive to solving anything and crazy thing is people agree on the fundamentals but not the way out Many content creators are deffo grifters They are panderers and alot of us like feeling like victims and being vindicated to deflect self work and accountability which both genders have a lot of

I dont know if i agree. Much of black culture isn't accepted. And much of black culture was shaped by white culture as well. You dont see rap poping up in Africa. Many European cultures are different and provide different ingredients to what it means to be American. European cultures were very diverse.
