I have diabetes. Last year it was very high maybe above 650. The machine was showing error. They admitted in ICU. I take insulin 3 times a day. Now it is below 300. But I still want to control it atleast 200. What should I do

Go 14 hours of fasting everyday time. Get to a jog or walk to lose some sweats. Get into ketogenic diet if want a faster result. I seen the result in my 60+ years mother in law and it works!

The man sits in an awkward position and has to turn his head toward the lady to converse with the lady. Their body and their face should face each other to feel easy and comfortable instead of feeling distant and awkward. The viewers do not feel comfortable seing the man has to turn his face to the lady and his body in another direction. Not comfortable for him and for the viewers. But the lady actress seems comfortable because her face and her body are facing him.

U have smoothies.isnt u ?Vegies, fruits ,some milk product and seed u add everything into it .i saw in one of ur videos .STOP HAVING wrong combination food together.I m sure it is one of the reason of u health issue .

If you are eating fiber, protein,fats ,and carb in 1 min apart it won't make any significant changes to your glucose spike, cus eating all the different macronutrients in such small interval, all the food kinda floats all together in your stomach , in general if you mix any sort of fat , protein or even fiber with carbohydrates it really offset the glucose spike nonetheless, so a balanced meal will do the same for you it really didn't make much difference whether you eat carb or fiber first....

That sounds exactly like my regimen 😊 A 45 minute brisk walk to end the day, then an orange - whole orange while chopping my salad. So..... Walk Orange Salad - about 800 grams 200 grams of Chicken OR Chick Peas OR Soya Chunks OR Lamb Mince. OR 4-5 boiled eggs. 1-2 Rice cakes AND End the meal with a Black coffee. No Sugar. This methodology is OMAD with Timed Carbs. Once the glycogen stores are depleted in 24 hours, the internal mechanism becomes like SPONGE and the coffee helps in better absorption of the nutrients. Again, good advice 👍🏻 Thank you for Sharing 🙏🏻
