With the new support from BT 16 and BT 17, the Dorugoramon deck has gotten far stronger and is my go to deck. Come August I will be purchasing two copies of the new Dexdorugoramon. I already gave a list going that focused more on the mass removal and neat combos.

Togemon likely only had 1 skill due to lvl. While it is said to be a graphical remaster, I do hope more from it. Since it‘s a whole new engine with way less restrictions than the old outdated one from DMO.

I played this game for a long time and it's incredible and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a game but I stopped about 9 years ago and I stopped because it's too p2w and little by little it became difficult to play and have a good experience and have fun playing. I think this big change in the game, besides being beautiful, looks better, but I think it needs to be more accessible

Imma give you my honest opinion on the game: Back when I first started playing I loved this game the idea of needing to hatch your own digimon and leveling them up to digivolve was one of the coolest things ever as a kid. Unfortunately for most of the stronger digimon you needed special items to unlock the digivolution for example you need a item called Gungnir in order to unlock Gallantmon crimson mode you had to buy the item with real money or hope that someone sells it for a reasonable price nowadays you can get those items for way cheaper. Or back then when omegamon was first added you had to do quests for both agumon and gabumon in order to unlock omegamon if you wanna do this you need to get to digimon maze F3 and kill infermon meaning you need to do a disgusting amount of quests to get there (that is completely impossible nowadays cuz of all the botters sitting there killing everything before the mobs even spawn) but yeah if I knew about the game going only downhills i would have never started playing it. But since I spent too much money on it already I still play it from time to time

I agree i also played pretty hardcore back in the day and i never hacked or botted even once, yesterday i played again after a 3 years break, the game changed a lot but all the botters and Hackers are still there, it's a shame there is still much potential.

sadly GDMO was removed and now exclusive to NA :( I used to enjoy gdmo, I'm looking forward for this remaster tho... I actually found a private server named DMW

As a long time player, I love the core structure of this game and it plays akin to Digimon world 2 closest with mid battle mechanics but a "gotta get em all" grinding style which isnt for everyone. As for the "Evolution" game, we as players expect it will be a more or less 1:1 recreation of the current game system, with rebalances, newer digimon, old events culled, some added events, and a new coat of paint in the same engine, same maps, added postgame, etc but not much else. No expansion content. Gacha systems, etc. The tamers they picked were part of a promotion for the show at the time. They are also using the base game as a starting area/early arc for new players from the previous game and reusing the tutorial and arena systems. Otherwise, same game, just a shiny coat of paint. Basically they're pulling what PSO2 did but less so.

ah, yes.. the Deck to Trash Myotismon build. It's been a while since I last saw this thing. Trashing from top deck sounds nice but to hope that you mill the right cards before you deckout and win.. is very hard. My best friend loves his Myo deck and we put a lot of effort into it. His best early bet is the combo of: -EX1 Ogremon -BT9 Dracmon and either BT8 Myotismon or Yukio in hand/ trash. Ogre swing, activate eff, trash for sec+1. Drac for evolve and get Myo for a Yukio. Then either die in the security checks or do some other stuff. This is his bread and butter-combo and get's it very often which provides a solid early game. He also had some unexpected wins vs higher tier decks, including EX5 Levia/ Belphe and I build that deck very annoying. New BT15 stuff will be included at this weekend. Will be funny. :D

It’s the scene with Aragorn running into battle with the ghosts but me with a bunch of memes 🫨 Yeah absolutely, green is getting a lot of stuff and Tentomon is at the top of my list even if it’s bad haha We get some myotismon, machinedramon and bloom lord support so I’m going to be busy building decks for a while 😅 might even try a nerfed dark masters 🤔 Are you excited for bt15?

Great to see another squeakymoose vid. One small thing: the ex5 etemon isn't the one that gives sec-1, that's the bt11 etemon that does that. Ex5 is the one that forces them to attack.

So glad I picked up my Heavyleomons for cheap. I've been having a lot of fun with the deck, and I really like the playstyle the deck has now with EX5. That said, I was routing for both sides here. Metaletemon's support is just so sick, and it's on my list of things to pick up eventually. I really wanna try a yellow build that leans more into the security shenanigans.

@6:18 I wouldn't say that was a misplay. If you had dedigivolved, it would have been PlatinumSuka that got deleted, so your GrapLeo would've got dedigivolved back to Leo. Both choices were valid, you are NOT an Idiot Sandwich. @9:10 Couldn't you have used Leopard X's Main effect before swinging to play a guy and bounce King Suka to his hand? That would've saved Game 1, since King would be gone, and then evoing into Heavy bottom decks Platinum, leaving Heavy with Blocker against Metal Ete. Or at least kept you in the game for 1 more turn. Or am I just an Idiot Sandwich? Pretty solid games though! I am incredibly excited that you are a HeavyLeo enjoyer as well. The EX5 package is fun, but I prefer to run HeavyLeo in two other decks that are built to make him shine.

Oh too true the minus DP would have kicked in before the second dedigi 😯 I feel better about that now 😅 Yeah absolutely, the turn prior I could have used x anti on the other grap leo and swing before going into leopard x for an extra cheeky swing. But the next turn I definitely should have used that effect to stop myself from losing on the spot 🥲 I am very interested in these other decks you’re talking about 😏😏

@@TheSqueakyMoose Yea! I like Heavy's base deck, but when playing him, I always hate having to pass turn without attacking, and I always wish I could use his big attack to crash/kill whatever I want. My solution? Raid/Unsuspend Attack, and Blitz. Which lead me to the two decks I've been using / playtesting with: Heavy Machine and Heavy Gamma. By using the BT8 Metalgrey, Heavy can attack unsuspended targets (as well as more dedigi support AND small body popping). Combine this with natural machine support from BT15 Haguru, BT16 Haguru X, Analog Man, and Attack of the HEAVY Mobile Digimon!, you've got a recipe for strong board lockdowns. Plus, throw in the Promo Zubamon that will give Heavy Raid AND a new source, and you can do crazy shenanigans like use A.o.t.H.MD., crash into a big body to get deleted, Heavy will gain Rush, then use Zuba to give him a new source and Raid, use Raid to crash again, repeat for massive boardwipes. Now, the deck I'm REALLY proud of is using Gammamon and pals. Using the Green and Black Gamma Lv5s gives Heavy 4 amazing boons: Blitz, Attack Unsuspended or Raid, continuous sources to keep procing Fortitude, and an End Of Attack that can Delete Heavy in order to delete a target AND play a Gamma from trash. You end up with a stack that can do massive board control and keep your Heavy in play for eternity. Unfortunately, I've only been testing these decks since a few cards are BT16 (specifically Haguru X and Zanmetsu). But the Machine Heavy deck can easily sub out whatever machine support you like. It almost looks like a Chaosdramon deck!

@TheSqueakyMoose I've seen a video also teching Heavyleomon in Bunny Alliance, and it seems interesting. Both Lopmon and Terriermon can grab it as a two color digimon, and I believe you can digivolve into it mid attack using the rookie inheritables.

So they always targeted a digimon that died from the DP reduction, they probably didn’t want to make the heavy Leo’s attack and potentially get their on deletion off 😬
