I ordered the 2024 model. Can’t wait till it arrives! Any recommendations on tweaking or adjusting it?

@@Jpperera1 Definitely use footstraps. I've got some heel straps as well but haven't got around to fitting them yet (long story). I think the heel straps will add more control. I had issues with the battery case. Two of the hold down tabs ended up breaking off. Back and forth emails to Ecomobl (slow going) and they offered replacement case but I had to pay the freight. Because I reckon it's a design flaw I opted to design a strap tie down method of my own. Will do a video on this at a later date. If you want to hit top speeds tighten the springs down, and perhaps use the green springs (stronger). As far as any electrical or gear mods that's out of my league atm. Poor customer service and extremely long wait times for delivery. But the boards are great!

@@triniboy2007 So I'm in the E.U and my Board was delivered within two days. They seem to have warehouses here. I can't speak for the U.S though although it would be weird for them not to have warehouses there too. As for customer service so far it's been great whenever I've had a question or wanted my shipping address changed. Whether they will be as great when it comes to warranty I have my doubts too

I know a lot about Evolve. They make a great board but the Chinese makers like Meepo cut out the distributor and reduced prices for same technology, just as good, lower priced. But, neither make a direct drive board. Smoother, quieter, easier to change out wheels. You should check out different brands and decide which one you like the best. But the real decision is if you want street for carve or larger wheels so you can ride more side walks, rougher roads, and go further…

@brucebubin9066 chinese boards cut out middle man, so you got nowhere to take it when it's broken. However my evolve gtr has not had 1 problem in 3 years and 1000+ miles, so haven't really needed a dealer lol. My belt drive is smooth and silent with no need for greasing ect, still on original belts, I service my board regular, minor stuff really. I can't be bothered spending months researching boards, all based on other people's opinions. I run pneumatic wheels, never street, I'm currently on the trampa urban treads, really nice tyres, love carving hard on and off road. I know if I bought a renegade it would be decent straight out the box, I had convinced myself that 2k was ok to spend on a board, when they came back in stock I went to buy one, then see it was extra ££ for the bindings, so it put me off, I'm holding out for a price drop. My bamboo gtr is so close to snowboarding it's crazy, like a never ending blue run, I want more range and the awesome carve feeling of a bamboo gtr basically 🤙

You say easier to change wheels on direct drive, you know the belt has nothing to do with changing the wheels on the gtr, right?

How fast does it go?

It doesn't even have the onsra black carve 3 or the onsra velar which are awesome boards with probably the best remote on the market

@@jofagoma I haven't used those. I'm using flipsky remotes on four boards and a hoyt puck on another. The flipsky VX1's have been suprisingly robust as well as cheap.

Unfortunately, Acedeck Nomad N3 came out after we already at the editing floor, so we wasn't able to put it in. It would've been in here otherwise! Radium wasn't on our radar before this, thanks for bringing it to our attention. On a brief look, Radium seems to me like a boutique brand making custom builds and their featured build Mach 1 is still in pre-order phase..?
