🤔 some people have to see a dietician however you spell it and get their appetite on track some like me have efluctuative appetites based on stress like me for example I can eat like this with a fiber bar to finish or a protein bar for finish

Pro tip, don’t look at the scale, take daily photos. That will allow you to see true progress. The scale is misleading if you are training and putting on muscle. It can be very discouraging

Girl talkkkkk! I’m making those changes now and I’ve decided to isolate more because people can see I’m changing but it’s now as if they don’t know me anymore. It’s awkward and gets me in head and all. Cheers to growth anyway 🥰

Bro I’m 15 I haven’t eat fast food or cake and processed stuff sense November of last year and I lost 85 lb in 5 months no workout.I fasted,and ate at home and mostly ate what I wanted just healthier and calorie counting I don’t even crave fast food and my people used to be fast food crazy now my grandma and grandpa who used to just anything and everything,he lost 20 pounds in the past 2 months from me helping him and he feels and looks healthier

i already walk 8-10k steps bc of school, should i go on walks after school bc my body sees 10k steps as normal now

it really depends how much extra walking you plan to do + calories/food you choose consume in a day!!! if your already in a calorie deficit/eat significantly less food i would just be careful to not over do it with walking then, cause you will be starving your body which could lead to crash dieting
