I shall use this panel liner as a wash, and this wash as a panel liner! Subbed.

I know I'm three years late to the party but I've just found this video! I've been struggling loads with greenstuff trying to replace a missing Death Guard bell from a model bought on eBay and this has helped so much, I was ready to call it quits and just buy a new model but this saved me, thank you so much!

I’d recommend applying the oilwash/streaking grime after painting all ground colors, makes it easier to give highlights after that

They look absolutely stellar mate. Bring in a video for this! And thabk you for exemplifying a sinister vibe... something under done in this hobby! Dirty is great, but a sinister feel is for the right race is bloody powerful!

Hello ! Your starting collection is really impressive ! Do you have made any tuto for your GSC ? The mars base, painting tuto (black armor, pale skin, green OSL light, etc.)

Great video!! Really inspires to do something similar to my Corvus Cabal! One quick question, did you wash the entire modal with Nuln Oil ? You mention that you applied it to all the materials, is that the whole modal or only the clothes/armor/metal?

I use lacquer thinner and Mr Hobby Tool Cleaner (which I believe is mostly acetone) to do a thorough cleanup after spraying enamels. I always pull the needle out toward the front in order to minimize contamination toward the seal in front of the trigger.

Not to sound mean but for me anyway, I can't seem to get citadel products to deliver the results I want. To me, they are garbage. Over time I've found several brands outperform and even though some are difficult to get, I'd rather be patient and wait for deliver than spend 10 min running down to my local mini store. Vallejo, Ammo by Mig, Abteilung 502, Wilder,VMS, Tamiya, and Pro Acryl. They all bring a little something different and work together to help elevate your minis or models. Thanks for a great and informative video!

So many people have the false sense of security that accrylis are safe or safer. Well I read a label on a Tamiya acceylic paint and it gives a warning on cancer. The fact is the only stuff to breathcis clean fresh air.

I have found that if you are using contrast paint you probably should. I have found that the removal process take some normal paint off as well. I have had to go back into the models to highlight and or fix some of the edges.

Thank you for sharing; If we apply a Gloss Varnish/Streaking Grime, and then wish to continue with Acrylic Painting, may we need to apply a Matt Varnish first? (i.e., will the Acrylic Paint adhere to the Gloss Varnish??). Your thoughts are welcomed.
@eater_of_garbage_2 ай бұрын
Yes, you need to seal the enamels in. Enamel and acrylic paints aren't miscible.
