Try spraying the screw with WD40 about 10 to 20 minutes before you try extracting. The WD40 is mean to coat the screw to reduce friction. When extracting the screw set the speed to 200 rpm or less.

Thank you for the video. We have a chain driven Touch N Go 1000 garage door opener that still works but the remote stopped working. I took the cover off of it to view how the chain was attached. Found a sticker that says MFG: 84 02 29. If it says what I think it says, that thing was made in 1984? Talk about reliability! Its 2024 now. That's 40 years!! Regardless, we need to have a working remote and we have the same thinking process you did. Why spend $40 or more for a new remote solution when we can just swap out for something that works better for us. My wife has an 06 Audi TT Quattro convertible. There is not a lot of room in the car even for a garage remote. We plan on getting a new garage door opener that allows opening with a phone. Normally I am against those types of things for security reasons, but our garage is detached from our house and we live in a very safe small town with virtually no crime. Thanks again for the video!

Can you provide me with the document number they sent you along with the kit? My dealer is claiming no knowledge of any issues and wants to charge to fix it.

You made my mind up NOT to buy this . What is the reason you get a security camera? To be able to see the person clearly. Even with turning the flood lights brightness down it still makes peoples faces look like they have a white sheet over their face., the camera adjusts the exposure .

Use an extension for drilling and extracting. You must drill and extract as straight as possible. That much deflection will break it every time. That is also why the screw heads stripped. I would say 50% success rate if done properly. Those extractors are shitty in my opinion. Best way for that job is cut the screw heads off, remove the fixture then vise grips to extract the rest.

This is the most amazing dehumidifier I have ever bought. Completely changed the functionality of both my central AC systems. The AC company wanted $4000 per unit to install a dehumidifier in each system. This works for both!! I turn it on downstairs and it does the whole house. Worth every penny!!!!!

Let me help you with something I learned long ago...after you notch the front...your back cut should be level...about an inch or two above your bottom front cut...you were doing your back cut at a downward angle..thats super dangerous..the tree can twist or even kick back..stay safe

They put it in the can raw with seasoning and spices, without any added liquid. Then they pressure cook the whole can. The liquid there is it's own fish juice.

This video is an example of how not to use screw extractor. 1. Do not roll the drill when drilling the hole because it will make the hole bigger than the extractor to bite on. And make sure the drilled hole is deep enough so that extractor bit can sink in to reinforce the bite even more. 2. When using extractor, if possible, don't use drill at all and use ratchet wrench. What you need is slow speed and high torque to bite on the screw. Just like clutch, if release clutch at high speed definitely causing slippage.

First you really shouldn't be moving the drill when you're trying to drill. It makes the hole wider than the extractor and dill bit. And for it to bite the material better it should be a clean hole. This guy looks like he's trying to chamfer the screw 😅. The second screw he actually did make stronger by heat treating it with the first bit before switching to the regular drill bit

I have used the "Grabit" screw extractors which I believe were the first of this kind of screw extractors with excellent results. One thing I've learned with all screw extractors is to use the largest size that can possibly work.

I got the Celestron Nature DX ED 8x42 $152 for my wife and I got me a Suncore 10x42 for $35 from Temu. Guess what the Suncore are better then the Celestron. I didn't expect that shock. I would even go as far to say the Suncore would be better then most mid range binoculars. Some Vortex are made in China they just mark up the price by them up by putting there name on them. I got these binoculars to take when we ride our e-bikes. I do own a pair of Zeiss but I wouldn't take them out on the e-bike trail for fear of damaging them. Temu has a large selection of very very affordable binoculars. And guess what Amazon sells items from Temu.
