Gingivitis Origin: comes from a "latin word" "Gin" wich means alchohol.. & derived from a "Greek word" "Ginger" wich are being used for cooking.! and for a cup of tea (Ginger tea) for voice improvement 😂

Seems like a little bit of bleeding on the gums is very normal. Spend thousands of dollars in 15 years working on it just to find out how incredibly common it is the amount of harm associated to it. Ideal is a different word from normal

Hahahhaha l do it every day lady, and it CERTAINLY works..and if you have tooth ache just ad a little bit of Clove powder is not immediately but an 2-3 days doing it twice daily will kill pain and save you tons of $$$$$$$ l haven't seen a dentist in 3 years since l started oil pulling you can also macerate Clove put it in a jar with organic sesame oil l use an ayurveduc tooth paste made out of neem and Clove $five dollars in amazon is amazing also an easier alternative to oil pulling is mixing organic wheat grass with water and use it as mouth wash ..you are wellcome 😉😉😉

there's no "scientific data" because dr'ug manufacturers and corporate institutions aren't going to fund the research - and why would they, if it's not going to make them a boatload of money?

Her expression when she was holding the jar says it all! My grandmother had all her teeth when she died (90years old) she used to do oil pulling twice a week! I dont know why people hate anything which is indian and ancient just for money ?

Fluoride is toxic and calcifying our pineal gland!! 2 tubes to have toxisity but it's in our water don't forget. There's a reason why Canada, US and Austrialia are the only countries to use fluoride the rest band it in their country, cause it's toxic to our body wake up!!!

Wish I can eat that much carbs. I’m southeast Asian and my dietician kept harping about how I need to limit carbs, fruits, and eat more meat/eggs 😅. I don’t think I’m horrible though… I have a handful of rice at each meal along with different veggies and plenty protein sources. I rarely snack either

I love it when white doctors say there's "no data" for natural health methods brown people have been doing for hundreds of years. Like I have eyes, I don't need a graph to tell me if my teeth got whiter or felt better after doing oil pulling. This whole "no data" thing is getting annoying as hell, we can observe things ourselves.

Well I just tried it after brushing my teeth and flossing using the coconut oil and then swishing it in my mouth and I can tell you this I never experienced my teeth being as clean as it was by also additionally adding on top coconut oil pulling. Definitely not a replacement to brushing and flossing but it's a great addition

Actually studies show that using fluoride gel before reduces side effects (pain and sensitivity) while not influencing the whitening effect. So I wonder what information you advice is based on?

Thanks for this tips Dr. 😊😊according to kriss ai Crest Whitestrips are generally more effective for teeth whitening compared to baking soda. They contain hydrogen peroxide, a proven whitening agent that can remove deeper stains and provide noticeable results. Baking soda, while helpful for removing surface stains due to its mild abrasiveness, is not as effective for significant whitening. However, Crest Whitestrips can cause temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation in some users.

Girl, byeeeeee. You're just like the doctors pushing big pharma. People like you are the problem. Oil pulling has been used for thousands of years, many people have seen results including myself. And it doesn't harm anyone, so worry about yourself and fluoride pushing gang. No one said it replaces brushing and flossing! Y'all take that poison, we're just fine over here. 👍🏼

I suffered this stinking breath for over 10 years, and have had so many dentist appointments but nothing was working, early this year I came across a KZfaq channel #dremovon where I purchased a herbal medication that helped me recover my breath I'm grateful.😊

So when people see results is it because they're brushing and flossing too? Kinda like when someone gets results from fitness supplement that recommends pairing with exercise

Ooof I'm watching this video after pregnancy. I didn't get gingivitis and I barely had nausea and V. And I didn't get the things you talked about. I didn't get cavities. My fillings in my front teeth stayed white like my teeth were before and my teeth changed colors. They changed colors so drastically that I have multi color teeth now..... This sucks. Do you know anything about the teeth changing colors?

So I had a rubber mouth tray that whitening gel is used for so I put the strips on my teeth and then the tray in my mouth and am biting down a bit so strips stay put (didnt use the whitening gel that the tray came with) the strips are safely under my teeth and tray and here I wait for 30 min. 😅

Kriss ai said that yes, you can brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste after removing whitening strips. In fact, brushing with fluoride toothpaste can help to strengthen your enamel and reduce sensitivity that might occur after using whitening strips.
