Real people do this and real people share experiences for decades after doing it. Listen it’s perfect dentist visits when using this occasionally because it literally pulls out the gunk from your teeth. 3x a week is perfect. Try it again dentist . Well I just tried it after brushing my teeth and flossing using the coconut oil and then swishing it in my mouth and I can tell you this I never experienced my teeth being as clean as it was by also additionally adding on top coconut oil pulling. Definitely not a replacement to brushing and flossing but it's a great addition

You are wrong! I tried it. Each time, it only take 10 mins to swish swish in your mouth and spit it out. My sore immediately felt better. Irritation went away. Redness disappeared within hours. You have to try it yourself. Don't let anyone stop you from trying natural remedies. It might not be for everyone but it definitely worked for me. If you wanna learn more, Barbara O'Neill is the name that you want to search for.

Wether or not doctors/dentists question or shy away from advising cheaper or natural long standing methods is not really a big concern as they 'have' to stick to their professional script. I love training, have lifted weights since the mid 90s, have a knowledge of meditation since the early 90s, I don't tell anyone to follow my advice even though I have my decades of exposure, I just know what works (worked) for me and much of it through trial and error. Many doctors /dentists will back track and question if it is advised by their higher ups. Everything, including health, is it's own institution and a 'top down' system. So, don't learn on your own, 😂

First of all don't do things which u don't know or have half knowledge. This is not the right way to do it and all foreigners out there calling this rubbish or didn't work for them when they are doing it wrong.

Oil pulling actually is supposed to be paired WITH brushing and flossing. :)

Oh, of course I know it wouldn’t be, but it’s a possibility that I could help out too along the way, but you still have to brush your teeth and floss

So when people see results is it because they're brushing and flossing too? Kinda like when someone gets results from fitness supplement that recommends pairing with exercise
