They're much likely equal by use, depends on situations. Same to DMR: armor peeler for heavy charged shot, otherwise we have gift of fire which main purpose for crowd control (gift of fire sucks against rangers, tanks and hermes)

Trident I think can be possible as he does let go eventually, your best bet is medic then hit him and then rebound to get stuck on something and then have a friend distract trident
