Yes, I was informed by some high school and college teammates its a neat school with high academic standards but the sports programs are pretty successful. So, you'll receive a world class education along with a competitive ACC sports schedule. Also, a very nice campus in Winston-Salem!

Born in Atlanta. Season ticket holder at Turner Field so I have almost two decades as a home fan. Troy grad (1993) so I’ve been there as a guest as well for Sunbelt football. This stadium needs some money to continue to scale back to make this fit. I feel that this would be a great stadium for a second Atlanta bowl game but only if they make the modifications.

I love that they were able to find another use for this stadium instead of tearing it down. It’s a beautiful building with a very unique history. I got to see a Sunday afternoon game there in June of 2010 against my Detroit Tigers.

A bit late, but one category I think would be fun to see is y'all's thoughts on the bands of each of the schools y'all go to. Things like how often did they play? crowd engagement with them, how loud they were, etc. Bands are a huge part of gameday and a very valuable part of the stadium

Nice stadium review but you were probably being too nice in your grading. It would be great if ISU could build a stadium on campus but there will never be enough funding available. It would be interesting to know how many ISU students typically attend the football games. Many ISU students return home on weekends, and student attendance has historically been low. It's safe to assume the majority attendance were local residents. Your description of the fieldhouse as a "concession stand of a drive in movie theater" was hilarious (and unfortunately accurate)!

Fun fact, VT is the only university that I know of that has two separate marching bands! The original one being the corp of cadets band called the Hightie Tighties and the newer more contemporary band that was founded in the 70s, the Marching Virginians which anyone in the university can be a part of! I find it pretty neat

Forgot to mention in my last comment; I live in Durham like 10 mins from the campus so I am very familiar with Wallace Wade and the campus, so I was glad to see y’all visited. What I love about Duke games is that you can pay for the cheapest ticket available and then basically just move anywhere you want haha.

I went to a few Duke football games back in 2000 and 2001. There was no tailgate or atmosphere. They still had the track around the field, the really old press box, and they got absolutely destroyed.
