I think people are wondering if the dopamine level Spike will stay the same or diminish if you eat after you take your medication like let's say a couple hours goes by and you eat your breakfast, will the Adderall effects get to a low point and become barely noticeable or will they stay the same great video by the way❤❤

That makes complete sense. I think it would be important to take your Adderall 1-2 hours before or after eating just to make sure that the effects of the medication aren't as influenced by your food intake. Great comment!!! It does seem to influence the effectiveness of the drug if you take it too close to when you eat, but of course, it is important to follow the directions for the medication as well.

@@seekingpsyche ❤️ so what's your opinion with the shortage? Are you getting the same brand or are you getting a generic? What's the experience like now with the whole shortage
@seekingpsyche

@@SAMEntalhealth The issue for me is that I had to also move doctors because my primary care doctor stopped taking insurance and because of that, as well as the shortage, I've had a hard time getting access to my meds. I'm having to reschedule with a new psychiatrist to get an updated diagnoses before I can even try to get more. It's definitely a really frustrating situation. I haven't had my ADHD meds in almost a full year and I'm currently attending grad school so I've been struggling a bit without them.

@@seekingpsyche oh my God that's freaking terrible! Yeah it's actually what's been going on my sister's friends both of them were prescribed and actually getting them from the pharmacy but guess what? They were testing negative for amphetamines when they were given urine tests, and then they were blacklisted from the doctor's office and unprescribed. So they ended up swallowing the pill in front of the doctor waiting about an hour or two and taking a urine test and still testing negative

Looking into getting into criminal psychology after I am done with current courses in June: Going for pharm tech cert currently. I've been doing research over the last couple of weeks on criminal psychology, undergrad to grad, Masters to doctoral. Would anyone suggest skipping over Associate's and going straight in with Bacholer's courses first then working to Master's and Doctoral or is keeping Associate's in mandatory ? And if anyone also has any advice on how courses, home work to work load, interships etc. went I would really apperciate it! Blessed be!!

Can we go for a masters in forensic psychology after completing the bachelor's degree in law??
@seekingpsyche
@seekingpsyche 8 ай бұрын
I don’t believe you have to have a degree in psych to get a masters in it. It might help you a bit for getting in, but in your statement of purpose, a good thing to do would be explain how your undergrad in law is applicable to getting a masters in forensic psych and vice versa. Hope this helps!

for those who are off their meds: 1. eat a meal before taking your medication, preferably high in protein as it will help you get your calories in and you will feel fuller for longer. 2. find safety foods (a food that you will eat no matter what). if you start to get sick of it, find another food ASAP. 3. start lightly tracking your calories, but don’t fret about being under or over. as long as you’re close, it’s fine. (CAUTION: AN EATING DISORDER CAN BE CAUSED BY THIS TIP) 4. plan out your meals ahead of time. this helps set a schedule to create good eating habits. 5. eat calorie dense meals. it doesn’t matter if it’s 1 meal, 2 meals, or 3 meals. 6. drink your calories. it could be easier to make a smoothie, shake, or eat soup as you won’t have to chew. this is something you should try as some people like it, some people don’t. 7. SNACKS SNACKS SNACKS. very important! it doesn’t matter what it is, chances are if you’re on the meds you’re most likely not eating a lot, so getting your calories in is very important no matter how you get them. side note: while on the meds, some people tend to feel lethargic when they wear off. i recommend BUYING a membership to a gym. the point of buying it is you’re kinda forced to go otherwise you’re just wasting your money. being active is important as it stimulates your mind and body to help build a healthier build. also, there are so many ways to workout. HIIT workouts, long distance cardio, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, (each similar but not the same) etc. lastly, snack ideas can vary. personally i really like rice krispie treats as they’re small and well packed with calories (also a great pre workout). good luck and eat well! great video!

There's lots of overlap and possible confusion between Ravenclaw and Slytherin. A broad generalisation could be Ravenclaw is Book Smarts, Slytherin is Street Smarts, but I prefer looking at how members of the houses will 'value' said intellect instead. Slytherins view intellect and wisdom as a tool, Ravenclaw view intellect and wisdom as a treasure. Slytherins use their intelligence as a goal, Ravenclaws use their intelligence as a journey. Slytherins have their feet on the ground, are people oriented, and will be fascinating to others. Ravenclaws have their heads in the clouds, are idea oriented, and will be fascinated *by* others. Slytherin fictional characters will be the likes of the Underwoods from House of Cards, Jimmy and Kim from Better Call Saul, Tony Stark, and Lisa Simpson. In contrast, Ravenclaw characters will be the likes of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Rory from Gilmore Girls, Walter White and Gale from Breaking Bad, and Phoebe from Friends.

This is so helpful - I've always had trouble keeping weight on, even before Adderall. But now that I'm taking Adderall it has been even harder. I love weight lifting as a way to stay active and as a way to guide my mental health, but I can't lift if I can't eat. So frustrating. Thanks for the tips :)

There is a lot of overlaps between ravenclaw and slytherin. The only difference is ravenclaws lack in ambition and hunger for power apart from this almost everything is the same. I actually have taken 4 hogwarts quizes including the pottermore. 2 in which Iv got slytherin and the rest half I got ravenclaw

Safety food. Thanks I needed a word for that. I have pb&j and protein shakes for my safety food. Sometimes there’s even like a whole week and I can’t eat anything but pb&j comes with those childhood feels and shakes I get are mint flavored and are easy to just chug and I feel fresh after instead of that horrible gross feeling. I went from 150lbs to 123lbs in a a couple of months so I’ve been struggling. Thanks for the tips and stuff you’re awesome for helping people

#16 Group photos with female friends. I am 6 ft tall and just turned 46. Old pictures will prove that I always bend my knees in an attempt to blend in. It never works and I just end up looking constipated. Don’t lose hope on the boyfriend front. My 6 ft 4 inch hubby and I will celebrate 21 yrs of marriage next week. As for the rest of your list, I hate to tell you this, but it doesn’t get any easier with age. In 30 years people will still be informing you that you are tall and clothiers will still pour all their energy into making short girls look good. It’s rough, but don’t despair! Always focus on the positive. Btw, check out Long Tall Sally on line for clothing designed for tall girls. They are a bit pricey, but have frequent sales.
