My god totally you had 3 Surgery to the same knee. May I know time span between the first surgery and the last surgery. I had ACL Surgery last week and right now doing some exercises at home. At 14:48 you said something popping noise in the leg, I heard same popping noise while doing exercise on the third day. I am bit nervous about that popping sound whether my ACL teared out again. Video is very inspirational thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you! My first surgery was in the summer of 2015 and my latest surgery was May of last year. And the popping noise in the beginning usually is just scar tissue. It’s super annoying but you just gotta keep working it out
