I can’t believe no one has brought up Admiral Cane : Picard - Ro Lauren just like Bill Adama & Kara “ STARBUCK” Thrace Relationship .
@JohannVFКүн бұрын
The TNG scene where Picard finds out Ro has skipped out to join the Maquis is some of the best acting in the show. Stewart has Picard staring out the window in silent rage.

bit of a dodgy way to prove he was a changeling. The real Tuvok would probably have gone to Akleon Seven even though it was an undesirable place for a Vulcan, seeing it as his duty. 1:29

I'm amazed how flawlessly he slipped back into two characters that he hadn't played in decades. Lore especially, given how few appearances he had. I'm usually very picky about plotholes in fiction. I haven't seen the show, so I don't know if they ever explain why Data's body has aged, but I honestly couldn't give a single shit if they never explain it. That's how much joy it brings me to see Brent in Star Trek again.

I don't have a problem with the dim lighting, and I like the new Ten Forward, except that it's a hologram but I guess that's bound to happen. If they actually build that hotel in space, they need to put a Ten Forward in there.

It always struck me as funny that they always say officers, they never mention the enlisted “crewmen”. So does that mean that star fleet is an officer only service, or they just don’t care about the ones who really make things happen?

I’ve been watching all the Star Trek series since I was a kid. That’s over 40 years. I have never known any changing species to be this aggressive and malevolent. Odo only showed aggression when it was necessary, more often than not, in self-defense. This one impersonating a Tuvok is quite menacing

There was a tiny hint of a smile from Tuvok. As a Vulcan he could never admit that. But his actions aboard Voyager showed he had more of a "human" streak than most humans on the ship. The only one that knew most about him was Janeway. They were close friends, and once during a scan from a very different alien life form, Tuvok put his hand on Janeway's shoulder. A very "human" sentiment. Spock once said to James Kirk: "I have been, and ever shall be....your friend". And this is Tuvok now, a genuine friend to the now Captain Seven of USS Enterprise G. A fitting position, for a female version (sans the flirting) of Captain James T. Kirk. Reckless, impulsive, able to evaluate and leap into a situation without thinking, this is the mark of Captain Kirk. Also, it was known in the books and the Abramsverse, that Captain Kirk was a genius. And now, so is Captain Seven.

Lesbians were in Star Trek well before Picard, Discovery and even Voyager. You have some catching up to do.
@MisterHotrod923 күн бұрын
You realize that Star Trek is known for being very forward, right? This is the series that had the first interracial kiss on TV, after all. If you can't accept something as inoffensive as a lesbian in Star Trek, perhaps you never grasped the ideals of the show. Plus, who the fuck cares if somebody is a lesbian? Why does it matter who other people are romantically interested in, or in general, what other people do with their lives?
@edenjung98162 күн бұрын
To quote Captain Hero from drawn together: " 'Le' makes everything classy. Like lesbian, the classiest of women" (The Show ist highly offensive and does not hold Back.) Homosexuality hast been a part of Star Trek forever. Its fine and they handle it well. So get over it and enjoy the show.

Don’t take this literally josh. It’s just that we overcomplicate things as a society and that’s why we are under attack. People forget what it’s like to feel fear. No intention of fixing server Victor. You did what you had to do, by force. So we are mediating, by force. It’s a honeypot. Everything we do is intentional. Even the “mistakes” we make are intentional. Like a science experiment but with people. What happens when you don’t make your own people feel safe? They are harder to control. Sounds familiar Victor Krum? Recall the burning of ballot boxes at Durmstrang? I don’t doubt your firepower. I doubt your policies and the way you run things. Why are you taking out your anger on me? Maybe scaring people into obedience dosent work fundamentally sweetie. Look here. What more proof do you need? Not everyone does well under pressure. There’s a joke you sent me before. The same heat that softens the potato hardens the egg. No need to burn your tongue to prove that

I think the fact that he let Margot go convinced the rest of the guests that they deserved their fate. The chef recognized a truly innocent person who was not a part of the system that drove him to this, and set her free. He didn't see the same innocence in any of the rest of them. They all stopped fighting at that point and resigned themselves to death.

Do you not know that there is more than one meaning to the word "dope"? For instance, you are an ldiot, or a dope. So you are saying that there are idiotic acting scenes. Take a high school English course and clean up your titles, so that you won't look and sound like a dope.
