Do NOT take creatine unless you have labs Annually! I was taking it & there is NO MYTH!!! My creatinine was through the roof!!!! This video is dangerous and completely false !!! I am a retired RN.

OMYGOSH ° I stopped taking Protein/Collagen shake to rest a couple weeks. Body aches hurt SO bad 1st week. 2nd, stil hurt; but not as bad as 1st. What in the world does this mean? Is/waa my body addicted? Is addiction part of this? ** PS ** I don't work out for muscle, just walk, stretch daily and 3x per week do high impact exercise...

I started a calorie deficit 2 months ago. I started at 300lb and started with 2100 calories a day and since I started 2 months ago I've lost 25 lbs. It just works. Don't really work out as my job is manuel labor at a retail job.

Can anyone help with the dosage and the scoops please I believe that 7 1/2 scoops is 2 grams in that case we would need atleast 21 scoops to get 6 grams ?
