Ima warriors fan but I will say if the Celtics don’t repeat I think the Mavs are up next. There not as well constructed as other teams like okc, wolves or Denver but i think Luka hitting his prime in these next couple of years will make any team he plays in automatic championship contenders like when lebron was younger. He played injured and still made the finals as well as being overweight, it didn’t matter lol. He’s only 25 and it’s scary how good he’s going to be. Ofcourse not only do the Mavs gotta make moves for him but he has to improve on things like loosing weight, more effort on defense, and stop complaining. Those are all fairly easy adjustments honestly.

When I saw this trade, I honestly thought OKC got robbed. I’ve thought about it and I understand the trade from their perspective more but Giddey just seems too talented to be traded for Caruso. OKC will be better in the near future and have a higher floor but they could have flipped Giddey + Picks for Lauri to raise their ceiling. Imo OKC: B+ CHI: A
