According to reddit detectives, Mobility Mary is dead. Her house was put on sale in 2021 by a real estate agent specializing in a trust or a probate. The house in the listing matches some of her videos, and a photo contains her scooter. R.I.P.

The best part of sci-fi horror (or sci-fi in general) is the clinical realism. The banality in sci-fi makes it good, as the characters accept the new laws of reality and attempt to survive them by any means necessary. The strangeness/connection to existing strange things is also a good part of this; LSD, primordial soup references, references to Japanese spiritual beliefs, and the relationship between physical dimensionality and organic life. Genius stuff, we should call him Mother Goat Eyes from now on🔥

About the odd staggering and adding extra angles thing. Its insane. When I was a kid i was mildly annoyed playing the sims at stuff like that. As an adult and working construction i hated dumb unnecessary corners because its a waste of space, weakens anything you plan to hang, isn't as asthetically pleasing as please seem to think it will be. It's dumb design.

hello, fellow seeker of lore! did you think you will find an awesome narration of this beautiful and painfully obscure piece of interactive fiction? haha silly goose, be prepared to listen to a guy get distracted by chat constantly for ages and barely reading 10% of the story.

What I don't get is how Mike Michaud "owns" the Nostalgia Critic, I mean I can understand selling your IP to a network but from what I can tell, Mick doesn't seem to do anything, does he own anything? Did he finance Doug and Rob in exchange for the rights? I just don't understand why he exists and owns the IP while someone like James Rolfe owns his own character and was putting out content much the same way and doesn't have this issue.

Weird fact.* Chris Chan is the mayor of his city because at the time Chris was playing animal crossing like a hoarder. So In these games you’re the mayor so he just made him self the mayor of his comics city/town. Weird fact but many don’t notice it.

There is a theory that water is a living organism. So it makes sense to believe that water is damaged. Ie the water we used to drink back then isn’t the same as it is today.

I'm British and I can say with 100% confidence we have MLMs in Europe. Avon is the biggest and most well known. I don't think they are as popular as in the US because American law around this stuff seems to be particularly lax, but they are still all over the place here too.

I think you fail to consider just how dangerous it is for pedestrians. pedestrian deaths have doubled in the last 10 years and just how it feels to have a 2 ton death machine likely driven by a moron turing in front of you. a car passing within a meter of you on the road is fucking terrifying. and with the dogs, one of those little fucking mutts come running at me and yapping I'll tell the owner if it snaps at me I'll punt it like a football

Norman is so delusional it genuinely breaks my heart. Watching this elderly man get into endless arguments where he quotes his own poorly written book to prove his points, pretty much all in service to his teenage-level infatuation with a woman who died nearly 1000 years ago, it gets to a point where I stop laughing, I stop getting angry with him. I just pity him now. I don't know how he has been since this video was released, but I almost don't want to find out because it just makes me upset thinking about him. I honestly just hope that he gets the help he clearly needs.

Why is your first part making fun of her being excited about Santa? If you’ve ever met old people and older women specifically this is how they behave. My guess is she’s single and has maybe had a hard life. Most people don’t particularly like being handicapped and there’s probably a lot of other built up things that could be reasons to care about little things. I don’t know anything about her and I don’t want to watch the rest of the video cause I find it weird to focus on an elderly lady who seems slightly dramatic.

I would like to explain central European scam culture: Main target are the elderly, like Windows Vista: Most of it is received as plain text attacks. One talk on C3 explained how their little firm filtered out a catastrophic DDoS like attack by simply scanning the text for keywords and ban bad actor emails with low trust. Normally they target older people, but they get very creative with official law enforcement receipts and tickets. Imagine a fake ticket on your car... Most people have the money to simply not care and pay up. Now to the creative stuff (door rep/mlm): I also have fallen victim to one. They get you by a devils bargain, when you think you can outsmart their system. Usually you get recruited by buying some kind of paper, insurances, shares or gold. There is always some kind of hole or something left out, to make you feel smart and exit with a profit even when everything goes awry. Like in my case hidden behind layers (visit a link of a physical contract, being redirected to another side...), cancellation clause that had me pay up 10% of my investment regardless. Would I've had noticed it later, that number would have gone up and reached its max (~80%), that would be right after the bonus pay for being recruited in the first place. Pulling out hurts more than staying... and not only you but your recruiter had to return their bonus plus lost potential revenue/damages. To really earn money in that scheme, you have to file to be an independent contractor, The irony being that they reserve the right of you being their employee and not allowing to have any other clients. They basically file it for you for a small fee and also keep the records for safekeeping. People like my friend are their prey. He already spend the money that was promised to him. The catch was its on a company account and only transferred yearly, after they made sure you made a profit. Otherwise you had to pay fine. You see, they promise a lot of profit and never mention the negatives or what happens if you don't hit the recruitment quota. It seems like easy work, a couple of hours a day max. And then you get people like me pulling out and getting a real legal expenses insurance. I have to mention, the guy who got my friend to join had all his sensitive information on a tablet. It got stolen out of his car while he was in one of the "company offices". That made that branch collapse in my city.

Doesn't surprise me one bit that something like this took off so well in Austria. Germany, Switzerland and Austria have a huge spiritual scene and they love their homeopathy and snake oil. The whole spiritual scene here also has a huge n@zi problem since a lot of spiritual beliefs have their origins in eugenics and other not so fun ideologies.

I really hate that Mary's vlog? channel? whatever, is supposed to document the struggles of a disabled person in a city not designed for her. I think that's laudable but instead she's filming herself bitching at/patronising homeless people. So, she's documenting THEM as an impediment to her journey - although she's also filming herself donating to them? I don't even know??

I watched Fred's stuff and the other Warrens episodes in 2019, just before discovering Vinesauce. It took me a couple of years to make the connection that the Mike Vinny talks about is the same Mike from these videos. Hearing Fred drop "fecal funny", I have now come full circle.
