You said the cheese dip needs 2 oz of cream cheese. A block of cream cheese is 8oz, half would be 4oz. Are you using a brand than comes in a unusual quantity or did you mean to say a different weight? I'm confused as there's a big difference between 2oz and 8oz.

On the s’mores rice crispies rather than doing like you did I think it would be a good idea if immediately after panning you top them off with a marshmallow imagining lines in how you would cut them giving each square a marshmallow on top (still mix some in obviously) and take a torch or few seconds under broil if you don’t have one however the torch would give the roasted effect to the marshmallow anyway just enough to make a tad gooey then take the chocolate and press into the torched marshmallow both sticking it to it and causing it to partially melt on them!

I usually double the sauce for chex mix because I like a lot of flavor. I make homemade pudding for banana pudding.

Are those the gf graham's from whole foods? I was so excited to find the corn free graham's that were also gf! And man were they tasty. The first smores i have had in decades since all my food allergies set in... yum! I haven't been to whole foods yet but I'm on the hunt.

Next time instead of using a single cup measure for such a huge batch, you can use a big measuring bowl and do 8 cups at a time. I just pour on top of each layer and measure that way! Way quicker for large batches!

When you don't have time to soak French bread casserole bread overnight, just heat up the liquid to barely a simmer then pour over the bread cubes and stir.

I always look forward to watching your videos. Enjoy the cupcakes. They were adorable. For your blue dye use blueberry powder that’s organic. You’ll get the same color and healthier. I know you’re all about as healthy as you can get. Your children and nieces giggles or so cute.

I have been really appreciative of your videos for excellent ideas on how to improve our diet. I have been watching you for a long time, but now the GF part of your videos is more on the forefront for me. Thank you! ❤
