That Climb looked tougher than the Nearby Climbs of the AT. Was it tougher than Big Butt or Beauty Spot? Beautiful none the less and probably more peaceful.

I am not sure. I haven't done those. But it was tough. At least it was short 🙂

Most people talk about Orville and Wilbur. Daytonians and those who know talk about Orville, Wilbur, and Katharine Wright. She is in between her brothers. She was very important in their lives and in France her popularity overshaddowed the brothers. As for being haunted, I believe it is. But from stories ive heard all the ghosts here are friendly or they ignore you. Most people here feel no fear or unease being there. I always feel welcome and calm.

I see many people that have had issues have been extreme. Not sure how much salt you were using but I lightly salt my food. And eat the food in its natural form in that I don't add obscene amounts of fat or salt. I basically salt to taste. Some meals hardly any some meal more. I also run and cycle 6 times a week so am doing 12 to 15hours of endurance training a week. Happy you found the solution.
