Great workout. I loved the combination of strength and cardio. I do prefer the 30-minute range. I almost didn't do it when I saw it was 45 minutes, but I'm glad I did it. Time went quickly. I finished 2 hours ago and still have sweaty hair.

Hmm. Tough question because depending on format and exercises. Cannot do just strength for 60 min but love a full hour workout. When it’s no repeat or even 2x I can do 45 min or longer. Fabulous workout. Thanks Penny!😅

Penny you are an absolute inspiration, i use your workouts to follow everyday and the results have been absolutely amazing. I have worked out for years doing weights and cardio but I have never had the results that I've had using your videos. please add some more barbell workouts as they are my favourite thing to do, and I feel I get the biggest sweat on and pump with them thank you penny 🏋️♀️🏋️🏋️♂️
