I just want to know how to fix it

I wonder if the lx version has similar issues since it doesn't have the infotainment device attached to the computer.

This is a very simple matter of programming of the windows, it has nothing to do at all with the computer of the car . This matter can be solved in 5 minutes without opening or taking out anything. Bring your car to an expert and you will find out how silly this problem is .

Same problem with my 2017 Accord ...

Mine is 6 years old now performs flawlessly and there is nary a squeak. It probably helped that I cheaped out and got the LX because it doesn’t have the more complex media and safety crap that is causing problems. Also I have no fear of oil dilution problems like the turbos.

I own the same year and make of the car and yes I had an issue with the computer due to daylight savings time reset. They replaced the computer and no more issues. BTW when you do one of these videos don't act condescending and whiny. The car is NOT dangerous because of minor computer glitches that don't affect safety. My god you young people play the drama card so much.

I have a 2017 Honda Civic SI 6spd and it shuts off as I going down the freeway... Seeing the name of my car, clearly I'm not going slow, and the steering wheel locks up, it kills my battery and now I'm stuck with no car that I'm having to pay for... Honda says it's not their problem, but they also didn't know how to start it... The brake system error comes up... At one point I hit stuck holding the brake unable to move from my seat caus I was on a steep hill

Hate all of the electronic crap in these new cars. They're made that way so that when they break down the dealerships make money fixing them. After viewing many videos on the Honda Civic I changed my mind I will not buy one.

I have electronic brake problem and I bought a comprehensive warranty for 10 years. Hope they will cover the cost. The software problem is annoying and it’s very dangerous.

I bought my Honda Civic 2016 in May of 2016. So far with 56,000 miles in it all I can say is this is the best car I have ever had. I have it maintained regularly, nothing heavy. Oil changes every 8 thousand miles(Synthetic), Transmission service(once), Air filter and cabin filter, tire rotation. See nothing fancy. After 3 years still feels new. You probably have a lemon.

Can someone clarify what the problem with the car is? Would be nice to know what the problem is.

I've had problems since 25k miles I've replaced half the engine at this point and right now half the dashboard is lit up but diagnostic shows no problem with the car I'm in the shop about every other week I take good care of the Maintence and repair of my cars this is by far the worst one I've ever owned

I was having the same problem for the second time. After watching your video I checked the control switch on the passenger side door, and it was locked. Touched it to unlock and now I can control windows and sunroof again from drivers side controls.

i have the exact same car down to the color. And today the exact same problem! Set up an appt w/ Vatland Honda for tomorrow. Only other problem I've had is the battery which they replaced under warranty.

I would take it to another Honda dealership since it is still in warranty. I feel bad for you but I don't see your problem being a common issue. You have the lemon law to protect you. Use it. Get an attorney.

I feel bad for you. I would be as upset as you if such issues occurred repeatedly without resolution. However, as with any individual product, shit can happen. I just don’t understand how your service could not identify the cause and replace/repair the issue. Either way, I would expect a loaner for as long as the car is in the shop to be fixed.

Why would there be any connection of power windows to the computer?? DOESN'T make sense. What function would the computer have to perform, regarding raising and lowering a window? I don't think they are conected.
