You're killing me I watched all the videos in order! I came back to watch the next one and I see this. I hear you though I've been redoing an old boat outdoors in the blazing heat and sometimes I wonder why not just buy a boat that's ready to go fishing

I’m pretty sure you just installed the 90hp max kit on your 115. The kit for up to 150 and 300 don’t use swing arm and the connecting rods are different.

Nice dingy I’m doing a build on one but a lot smaller 2m long I’m going to put flooring and carpet in and it will be a fishing machine 😂 but you gave me the idea of the fuel tank under the seat but I might just make it a storage spot and I think you should ad led lights in and a blue light. More money than brains, big wast of resin mate, love your vids but 20 min to chamfer your edges and you get a better structural connection between floor and hull side plus save your self easy $100 plus in materials. I’m enjoying your build should be a solid boat when completed. I didn’t think you could you both epoxy and vinyl-ester resin together .

Good job. I watch boatworkstoday and I've learned a lot of tricks for my current repairs. If you want to make the corners easier to work with I found polyester structural repair putty does a really nice job of rounding corners. you can mold it like caulk or silicone and in 15-20 min it's dry. Your project looks good.

Where can I get one of those jigs? Looks homemade, but I don’t trust myself to do it perfectly.

Looks like a TrailIt trailer. I have one also for my Genesis. I dont think they were dipped or built very well to be honest. Mine needs to be stripped apart. Looks worse than yours!
