Born and raised in the Phoenix area. More so on the west side. I found it funny when he said the grass is always greener on the other side coming from Arizona you really don't have grass here😅. Arizona in my opinion has gone down and it seems like it's getting worse... I know you're excited and I want to keep this upbeat because there are portions like Northern Arizona that are still nice but in the Phoenix area it has gotten so bad with homeless there's a lot of encampments that look like California and even in Scottsdale where it looks like Paradise Valley Scottsdale is where it looks like you're looking at they have dropped a ton of afghanis in that area and there's just a lot of homelessness. Another thing is our interest rates and gas prices are higher than most the United states. It really has gotten downhill

Great Video to sell your house. You should get top dollar for your home. Since you’re moving to AZ are you leaving behind the coastal vibe items with the house? Semi furnished would mean less moving of items. Start fresh in your new home. Take items you can’t part with of course. It’s going to be great for you both. It's nostalgic to walk through your lovely home because I've watched it evolve over the past two years with your shopping trips, DIYs, etc. I remember when you found those swivel chairs.
