Lovely camp, nice to see you back out my friend. It's understandable being a bit nervous with the tide coming in, I'd not have slept either. I love it when the tide turns and it goes slack and quiet and totally loses energy.

@DayTripperAdventures I get out as much as I can, not a fan of summer camping though, way too many people and too much light! One day maybe I can work out the video editing, and I'll be able to share some of my adventures :)

Hi Richard, some good understand ing of your tide tables there ! A great spot. One of my spots is a couple of miles to the east. I tend to tuck inland a bit...I'm not as brave as you ! Yes, where does the time go ? Atb Grant 👍.
@DayTripperAdventures
@DayTripperAdventures 11 күн бұрын
Thanks Grant the tide tables are online so I was checking them closely just in case I’d underestimated. There were areas of water on the marshes so tide does come over for spring tide. All adds to the fun of these camps there is always some danger lurking somewhere 😆👍

@@DayTripperAdventures No worries. I think you're right fella. I've been on the SCA page for a long time but have never done a single camp for the page plus Josh the joint owner/Co founder of it seems to have completely abandoned said page. Take care me owd and hopefully we'll see a few more camps from you before winter hits. Give the pooch a fuss from me🙂👍

Good one, Richard. I have been hankering on doing another water side camp of late. So much so I am sure I can smell the sea water most day in my snoz. That tide did try and reach you during the night, didn't it?! Glad it was an undisturbed time for you.

@@DayTripperAdventures No probs, Richard. I’ve been celebrating lately so I wouldn’t have been able to make it I think. I still have fond memories of the ‘huge bridge’ camp 😁 I know we keep saying it, but we need to get one sorted again.

Smashing views there, Richard. Nice to catch up with you on YT. Little BIG Xiwang performed well there. Liked his little black mud booties he was sporting. Thanks Tim it is ambitious taking him up but he can do it as long as I carry him sections. I did wash him in the stream at the bottom so my other half did not see what he looked like after falling in the bog. She did give him a proper bath with shampoo though to bring him back whiter than white. Thanks for watching good to hear from you again.
