Such short hair -- who are you and what have you done with Jøren? Looks like you did the bottom hike.

Thank you John. Jørgen is out sailing, and I’m running around in the mountains😋 Yes, I did the bottom hike. Have you been there?
@johnfife30622 күн бұрын
@@jorgen.magnus I haven't been there yet but studied it online. I always like to discover context -- where's the action, how far from Bergen, etc.

Thank you Joe. There has been no sailing this summer, but I will definitely go when I have more time. My mom is really happy about the haircut☺️ ..and I must admit - it feels good😊

I have watched many dinghy sailors Mr. Barnes in France, Paul, in Australia, now, Jorgan Magnus in Norway. Maybe I should look at dinghies more closely. Seems like the smaller the boat, the more it’s used. The large yachts seem to stay in the marinas, lonely and untended. I’m land locked and no sailor; however, Tennessee has rivers and large, long lakes that lead to the sea. Watching these sailors I feel a strong urge to go to the sea…maybe. I’m old and think maybe I love adventure. I tried hiking…nope, that was not the way. I have ridden my motorcycle thousands of miles. I have driven my truck from coast to coast, from southern Texas to Alaska, to Maine and back to Tennessee. Sailing looks to be a new skill set that I might like. Thanks for sharing a bit of Norway. Greetings from east Tennessee.

Thank you for your wonderful videography. The framing of your shots, scenery, music choices, audio and video editing are extraordinary. Thank you for taking us to such beautiful places in your sailing and hiking adventures. I often re-watch them when I need a few minutes to ground myself and relax. With gratitude, from the other side (and hemisphere) of the world.

Just what I needed after a frustrating day in the workshop! The lack of a beautiful Nordic maiden greeting you ashore (my imagination) was no loss to the lovely atmosphere of your filming and journey. It also got me excited about the coming season of sailing on the west of Scotland ... so many similarities. Takk

Jorgen, thank you. I have recently found your films, and they are an inspiration to me to get the boat fixed! What is the song at the end of this one, please. I do love your musical choices, and a playlist would be awesome. Particularly for the three-part series where you sailed the boat home via the entrance to Sognefjord and with the Orca pod. Thank you Jorgen. You cook-up amazing feasts for the soul.

This was such a pleasant surprise Jørgen 🎥 so many great views and it is hard to believe that the city center is just a couple of 100 meters away from this place. Well captured and the clip where you walk in the snow towards the camera. Love it 🤌🏻 It's all in the details.

Thanks for this Jorgen. You're a sailor after my own heart; it's a way of escaping the madness of the world! I also watch the output from your fellow countryman Erik Aanderaa. Your approaches are entirely different but you both manage to encompass the diverse aspects of adventure sailing. Erik's approach is full on, yours is gentle and introspective. You complement each other so nicely! I pine for my sailing over the cold dark months here in the UK, so watching these videos help me stay in touch and keep me inspired. Excellent work my friend, more to follow I hope.
