I would love that salad, I always use too much dressing as far as most people think😂

Wow a Japanese person that can't eat fish, now that must be a real problem in his culture. That is said in a respectful way.

I ate here once and will never return. I got one of those special topping poutines that had avocado and sour cream amongst other things and the toppings were great as was the cheese, HOWEVER their fries are the worst I've ever had in my life...needless to say if the fries are crap, forget about eating a good poutine !!

haha Indian folks live on the Jersey side of it. Better off in India. The food looks something like that would make you ill if you were to eat it more than once a month. I'm Indian.

The Elways steakhouse in south Denver is decent. Way better than the airport location. The staff was more friendly, the menu was bigger and the food was maybe a 7/10. With that said, there are way better steakhouses in Denver

Please show MORE of the food than you stuffing your face. If your going to video yourself eating....... please keep the camera much further away from your face. It was the worst camera skills having your face fill the screen for most of the video. Take a picture of the menu so you can describe the food in your subtitles better

The Indo-Chinese cuisine is mostly due to the migrant population from Manchuria. They had to use many Indian spices and techniques to cook it hence it might have a different taste.

I just love seeing a cook touch raw beef with his barehand...with a bandaid on...Just because the place is old and historic, doesn't mean they shouldn't clean the kitchen.

Binging a lot of your vids. I do enjoy your chit chat and videos are perfect length. Your attention to detail and ability to describe the history and correct flavor terms is strong. In future videos I would encourage you to take a few bites of the hot food first (say nothing, or simply edit your initial reaction to the food later into the video) That way you will get the full intended experience.

Why didn't you try the butter? It is probably meant to enhance the bread and/or salmon salad. OK. you got there. You shouldn't equate price with serving size. You shouldn't leave a restaurant feeling overstuffed, but comfortable. The octopus was your first course, after the free appetizer and bread, so I'm sure you'll get your money's worth. Octopus is a bit more difficult to get than pastrami or steak, so your comparison is poor. You are also paying for the ambiance, presentation, and the service. You close your eyes and squint and look so unhappy when you are tasting everything. You have a bad tasting face!

$28 US is $38.42 CDN for a pastrami vs $10 US is $13.72 for a smoked meat - it's an absolute bargain in Montreal and it is is quality meat.
