Just deliberately practice and your muscle memory will figure out the rest

One hand shooting form is good practice to keeping your main arm elbow straight. You don't want it bowed outward. You want it as straight as you can...tucked in. Another tip that greatly improved my shooting...I'm surprised more players don't do this...keep your eyes on the rim. Many players watch the ball as it releases from their hands. That takes the focus off your target.

Why teach kids to play like cheats? Harden is just a travelling chump who breaks the rules. Get some international refs instead of the NBA patsies and he’s nothing.

Great video by the way I don’t mean to correct the shot doctor, but in viewing the video closely (Curry) and in slow motion the guide hand doesn’t appear to snap forward like a tomahawk. Also that would cause a lot of additional strain in the shot and the supporting wrist. What it actually looks like is the guide hand and arm remain on the shot until the very last second, and simultaneously on the follow-through on the snap of the shooting wrist snaps forward and the guide wrist snaps to the side so to do a double snap. That’s actually a more accurate description of the shot… one again great videos i enjoy watching sound advise 👍

I would add take a small jump forward while shooting, keep eyes on the back rim, and “grab a cookie on the top shelf out of the cookie jar”. The momentum foward with the jump, the concentration on the rim, and the hand position will help that arm stay straight from beginning to end. *feet turn *elbow tap *palm rotation *jump forward *concentrate on back rim *grab cookie in jar
