Today I show you the one MAJOR key to attacking more explosively! The crazy thing is that this explosive basketball move can help you BLOW past any defender!
The NBA is riddled with elite athleticism at every position! Think of elite athletes like Ja Morant and Anthony Edwards. They both have the unique ability to beat anyone with their explosiveness. This is forcing future players to really focus on ways that they can become more explosive on the basketball court! Luckily, there are a few strategies that you can use to immediately help you become a more explosive athlete and scorer!
If you are truly ready to learn the key to attacking this is the video for you! Focus on the tips I give throughout so you can implement them into your game too!

Is there anything I can to beside practice to member how to shoot with one motion instead of falling back into my old two motion shot. Do you have any ideas to help trigger my memory so I don't have to spend hours watching video on one motion shot and then forgot how to do it the next week

Hey coach, I have a question, with your test supposedly I should be right eye dominant, yet I shoot way better and more accurately going slightly up my left side, like Kyrie does, yet my left eye isn’t my dominant one, is this normal?

Hello, I have a big problem with my shooting. The thing is about my guide hand. I always used to shoot with "2 hands", what I mean by that is that hand placement and everything was fine, until it came to the release. When I release the ball I push it with my guide hand fingers. I noticed it after few months of shooting like that. My shot was not bad, the accuracy was not perfect, but most of the times I was able to keep the ball trajectory straight. The problem is that now when I'm trying to fix that, and not to interfere in the shot with my guide hand. Putting aside the fact that the shot feels very unnatural to me, literally EVERY single one is an airball! It's not that I don't have enough power, I'm 6'1" And pretty strong, I know many people shorter than me able to shoot with much more power, so it must be about the technique. I also tried Kyrie Irving's "thumb flick", didn't help. It felt even more unnatural. Please help me, I'm very confused atm and don't know what to do!

You should try to put your guide hand a little bit higher than the side of the basketball, if you ever seen Giannis shoot then you would know what I mean helped me a lot

@@azahlou9250 Thank you, but fixed already. I use my legs much more to generate power, and I already got used to it. Yesterday made 6 3pointers in a row, and 4 days ago i was airballing freethrows
