isn't this backflip to belly? Trying to find if it is possible to go from a belly drop to a backflip in the same jump?

Shoot your vids at 240 fps. It's easy with most software to extract normal speed, but 240 fps gives you very smooth slow motion. Body movements will be clearer if you wear light coloured clothing that is fairly snug. It would be really cool if, instead of demoing these we could watch you teach them. This would show up all the mistakes that people make. Do all your shooting at 240 fps. Have a class with 4 students: * One is a natural, very coordinated person who picks up new things quickly. * One is coordinated, but overweight and not very fit. * One is your average joe. * One is a 'motor moron' who needs 6 step progressions instead of 3 step progressions.

Lol you realize this is like a 10 year old video and I’ve long since quit uploading. If I were still making this content I’d have completely redone most of these. Might be archiving all this old stuff soon. Thanks anyway though. Good luck on your acro stuff

@@jules_69420 Sorry. Missed the dateline. We *need* someone to do a good, detailed tutorial of tramp. Finding tramp lessons is hard. Edmonton, Alberta, metro population 650,000 has *two* gyms that teach trampoline.

I finally got a trampoline after years and years of inactivity due to growing too old for them (There are no adult sized trampolines where I lived) I used to do all manner of front and backflips as a self taught, but man right now my muscle memory just doesn't exist anymore lol I gotta re-learn everything, pretty much.

man. this video was so long ago. i watched this and learnt the side flip and all your other moves back when i used to be really young and active, we're talking like 6 - 10 years old. i was the one who talked about saying make sure you rotate like a disc and whatever.

My problem is not tucking. My brain is so used to tucking that I just automatically have to tuck. Is there anyway I can override that basically? So I can get a faster rotation based off of what others say. Is there any tips anyone can give me to help me straighten out?

Guys a better way is to do a side flip and keep spinning more and do a side one 180 then you have a grasp then send it
