Let's be real. Some of the cheap Chinese saws are not nearly as bad as some people want them to be. The thing that I don't like about that saw is its name. Just not manly enough. lolo. Everybody stay safe out there.

And I gets resident discount on all parts. I can’t speak any higher of them!!. Great tree biz your running. Baby steps. I just want to get to the point to where I can hire an estimator.

How come these trees get so tall? I would think that heavy winds and snow would break them long before they reach that height.

Wow, I used to climb towers for a living which shares a lot of similarities with being an arborist (like the type of people that work in the industry, rigging, working at height, etc) and the way this is edited with the cuts back and forth make me kind of miss it! Reminds me of working on a tower bantering with the crew…

Nice truck man! You've got a great setup now.

Why was pulling with a rope and some mechanical advantage not chosen here rather than being in line of the fall and taking down additional trees?

Dude … I have the same truck I use for my tree service.just hit 10,000miles. I use it for my chip truck. Great truck. Had some electric brake issues, and other miner electic issues. Other then that it’s a strong truck. Super stiff ride . Good luck with yours .

Probably a stupid question, but why did you limb it on one side since you had the climbing gear and everything? Would that have made it easier if you got most of the branches off on one side?

Why do you make the face cuts so deep? Is it some sort of trick to get the log to jump further from the trunk?
