Yes, in our newest firmware, you can turn off auto zoom in-out on AI tracking, then you can control the camera's zoom during AI auto tracking.

you have two cameras, i think you want to switch the cameras' videos from Cam1 to Cam2, from Cam2 to Cam1. If so, there are two ways: 1) use software, such as OBS, Vmix. use RTSP or NDI protocol stream to OBS or Vmix, and then, stream the video to video platform(such as KZfaq) from OBS/Vmix 2) use hardware: HDMI video mixer switcher. This model support 4K 60fps, if you want to get a HDMI video switcher, you'd better get at a better one which can support HDMI 4K 60fps. you can also write us for more details.

with FoMaKo video switch : KC601 Pro, you almost don't need to send the signal to OBS. becuase KC601 Pro video switch has live streaming function, it can stream to KZfaq, Facebook directly. if you really need to send the video to OBS, there are several ways: 1, use camera's RTSP stream function to send cameras' video to OBS 2. USB KC601 Pro's USB 3.0, OBS will recognize video switch as a normal USB camera.

Thank you for this demonstration. I am interested in 4 of this camera. With NDI, the video should be able to transmit via the Cat 6 cable to the switcher? Without needing to use extra HDMI cables. I want to use a Blackmagic ATEM Extreme Pro ISO switcher for this setup. Can I use NDI for this?

No, because the Blackmagic ATEM Extreme Pro ISO doesn't have NDI signal switch function. it only has HDMI video in and HDMI signal switch funtion. If you want to use NDI, you can choose our NDI camera, and use NDI stream to computer and use Vmix or OBS to swtich the NDI signal.

My apologies for so many questions... When working with a PTZ Controller, how does the joystick controller or position presets work with the AI tracking? When you enable AI tracking, does it disable the joystick and presets - or - does the Presets / joystick disable the AI tracking? I am considering using this in recording dance recitals. I'd like to have a 'end of / start of performance' preset. and then let the AI tracking take over once the performances start. keeping it a tight-wide shot of the groups. I am very curious as to how the AI Tracking and Presets work together.

It is usually used for tracking in fixed areas. For example, teacher on the front of a classroom. To protect the privacy of students, the tracking area of the camera can be confined. When the teacher walks in the setting area, the camera tracks the teacher; When the teacher walks out of the setting area, the camera will stop tracking. This ensures students not appear in the camera's frame and protect their privacy.

the camera doesn't have WiFi or wireless function. If the cell phone/iPad connect the router by WiFi, and the camera ,cell phone/iPad conenct to the same router, you can use cell phone/iPad's web browser to visit camera by camera's IP address.

We bought FoMaKo cam bundle for our church. I hooked it up to the controller and everything works using POE. I was told these were NDI compliant but cannot get them to show up when trying to setup OBS the model of camera is fmk20sdi pro. This is very frustrating, help because can't seem to contact the company

Dear friend, the joystick uses IP addresses to control cameras, so, controller joystick and cameras should connect to the same router. for video, you need use HDMI cable connect camera to the video swither.

@@kerolosakraz Controller joystick doesn't have video out function. the "VGA" port is RS232 control port, USB port is reserved and doesn't have function currently. Hope that helps.

@@kerolosakraz almost all video switcher can onnly support HDMI or SDI video in, doesn't support IP Streaming video in. FoMaKo KC601 Pro is HDMI video swither, can only switch HDMI signals. For the network port on FoMaKo video switcher, it is for IP control cameras and IP stream to streaming platform by RTSP. Hope that helps.

Thanks for ordering from FoMaKo. for your problems: 1. you can only upload backgroud pictures to the video switcher, can't upload backgroud video. 2. You use USB 3.0 and RTSP IP streaming at the same time. And you can also record 1080P 60fps high quality videos at the same time. 3. Can't preview video on computer, becuase most computers only have video out function , doesn't have video in function. You can use "PGM" or "MVR" HDMI video out to TV or HDMI monitor to preview the video. Please write to us directly for more details.

@@GuitarandMusicInstitute We use an FPGA embedded system for our video switcher, Need to use images based on baseline standards, Because there are many formats for images, in order to ensure that the background image is loaded successfully without the situation of unrecognizability and loading of the image. So, the background and logo images need to be converted into baseline standard images using our tools first.

I have a Fomako system set up on my church. We use it to stream to FBLive and Zoom via OBS. We are having trouble getting the video and audio to sync on the live stream. Is there a better way to stream using ip camera setup to make sure audio and video sync up?

You'd better get a router in the system. because the router can assign IP addresses for the cameras and controller automatically, It will make installation easier. If don't use router, you have to set the IP address, gateway, subnet mask for cameras, controller and computer, it is a very complex and error prone task.

KC608N is the NDI version of KC608 Pro KC608N has NDI control protocol , it can control NDI PTZ cameras by NDI control protocol; KC608 Pro will use Visca over IP(Sony Visca), Onvif protocol to control PTZ cameras.
