I don’t have problems as huge as Sylvia but I have went through situation that made me go through the same process she has. I’m happy she worked out of it❤ because it really isn’t easy to accept the responsibility and that you are the problem to the issues going on in yr life🥲 Thank you so much for sharing your story, for letting people know they are not swallowing this hard pill alone. Looking forward to other episodes and try to learn how to human!💗

Sylvia, ni ai wo ma... I wish we can start at right foot.. Really wish that I could study in JC with U and Ravi and Kirsten.. But they are really negative and hope we can be better than our group friends... We are living in a society...

I'm sorry, I find it hard to believe that a therapist, a professional in his field, could ever tell you that your friends are snakes. I studied psychology and we were told never to make comments or give advice. I may be wrong, anyone else can verify?

sometimes when people are abused, they have a tendency to think that it's a good thing, like they have a badge of honor, especially when they have kids, they feel like they're being a hero, but the truth is, it's not good for them and not good for the kids

i really doubt that an investigating officer would say to her to "find better friends". this is a really big tell, because further evidence can always turn up so we are always supposed to remain neutral regarding the accusant's innocence or guilt. one thing about sylvia is that she has always been a good orator (speaker) and this is likely a narrative she is pushing herself. the deeper meaning here is probably, be less of a horrible person that people dont hate you enough to frame you for crimes you did not commit. that is probably more accurate.

Hi Sylvia, NOC fans from Indonesia here, I'm delighted to see you return to the podcasting world. After carefully examining both sides of the story, I find Ryan's actions deeply problematic. His admitted habit of spending late nights with female NOC staff, despite your clear discomfort and his crush on the girls, demonstrates a profound lack of respect for your feelings and your partnership. As both your spouse and business partner, his disregard for your concerns is particularly troubling. Ryan's pattern of consistently siding with NOC staff over you, his co-founder, raises serious questions about his loyalty and professional ethics. His silence during the smear campaign against you is especially disconcerting. Moreover, Isabelle's recent departure from his new venture, citing looking for a better opportunity as the reason, casts doubt on his ability to value loyalty and retain key team members, suggesting a self-centered approach to business. I gave Ryan's new channel a fair chance but found it uninspired, particularly when it began to imitate Food King and Reno King concepts. This and the previous events lend credibility to your suggestion that the entire saga may have been Ryan's calculated attempt to seize control of NOC by undermining your reputation. Failing that, he just blatantly and shamelessly copied it. Your resilience and transparency throughout this ordeal are commendable. Wishing you continued success and fulfillment in your future projects. Your fans eagerly anticipate your next creative ventures.

Just an observation. Probably they got away with false accusations because shit did happened (eg pressure to attend event that ended with sex with benefits) but proving it was Sylvia’s influence must be a grey area. Pressure is such an intangible thing to prove (could be just in the mind of the victim through past interactions etc). The fact that everyone was NOT on your side, not just ex-husband but all the staff, says something about how people felt you’ve treated them in the past (also evident in past NOC videos way before the saga) it’s also evident that you are very good at influencing people that’s why you brought in the business at NOC from the start. Kudos for starting anew , hopefully you can let go of the past and not use your influencing abilities through the media for the wrong reasons. Please move on from talking about and justifying who was in the wrong about a saga that was closed, even the police case. Also please stop using Mr policeman ‘s “get better friends” to justify that everyone was simply out to get you. Mr policeman was just doing his job and had his empathy for what you’ve went through, he is not someone who has seen the start of NOC to the end and the unrecorded interactions in between to have a conclusion about the saga and neither was it was it his intention to be the judge on who is being moral (moral vs unlawful is different) here. so please don’t use his words for the media, that was hard to watch without feeling you spoke on behalf of Mr policeman when he had no intention to front your story. Have some grace, don’t rope in unintended witness to your story to imply judgement. I’m excited to see your next chapter but with all that underlying “look i was the victim there and they were evil” turned me off. People can’t judge because we are not witness to the full story. Move on with your new chapter

Finally found the time to watch all 8 episodes of this podcast, and I wanna say thank you, Sylvia and Dan, for sharing so openly and authentically❤️ This episode really hit home for me; it felt like a warm hug and was especially healing and comforting. As someone who has lost a lot of close friends in the last couple of years, I always wonder if things could have turned out differently if either party had responded differently. For those that I’ve let down, I always carry the guilt of not trying harder. For those that let me go, it was especially hard realizing that I wasn’t their priority, even though they were mine. But hearing your stories made me feel less alone. While I haven’t found my tribe yet, knowing that you found your people gives me hope that one day I will find mine too, just like you did🥺

I have a new level of respect for Sylvia just based on this video alone. The discussions and revelations in this video is so valuable and so relatable. Both of you have articulated what I have grown to learn but never truly understood. It makes what I understand now truly logical and be able to grasp rather than just a vague feeling. It put the bolts and nuts into something that I've all along only felt the presence of but never be able to materialize. Thank you!!

Pls la bloody nonsense this 2 person they are not life coach they are just a woman and a gay best friend talking. They are just validating each other’s wrong doing. Sylvia should really just STOP IT JUST GO LOW AND STAY AT THE BACK GROUND. Why she still need to come out and dig out all these nonsense again it’s getting boring and ridiculous. Confirm is this hideous gay blond that convinced her to do it just to boost his own following. WOW Sylvia wake up your idea this guys is 100% making use of u.

I still think the way she treated her employees was not right (Calling one of your employees fuck face, behaving in such an arrogant way during the zoom meeting). But for someone who has gone through what Sylvia has - cancelled, investigated by police, managing a company that tanked - she is very resilient. She has really bounced back stronger. Respect to her for that

So Ryan made a police report that Sylvia embezzled company funds? But he always said he still cares for her. I thought the NOC saga was a bunch of NOC talents saying on social media that Sylvia didn’t pay them and instead used company funds for herself (pay rent for her house and pay her brother even though he did no work at that time). I didn't know that Ryan filed a police report that she embezzled company funds. Didn’t Sylvia send Ryan a lawyer’s letter for starting Reno King too? Wow, I didn't know Grace made a police report for prostitution against Sylvia. I thought the story online at that time was that Grace's friends were sharing anonymously on Grace's behalf that she felt used by Sylvia. She slept with someone at a party, but then later on allegedly realised that Sylvia brought female talents with her to that party, with a prior arrangement with the guy that if he managed to get lucky with one of the girls, he would do distribution of Sylvia's start-up-in-the-works chilli brand for free in return. If that was true, I would categorise that as making use of a girlfriend (which is despicable), but I would not categorise that as prostituting one of your employees.

Wasn’t the allegations at the time was that she did not pay her staff? Use company funds to pay the rent of her house? Pay her brother a salary even though he didn’t work? Backdate her brother’s pay so he can get PR? So all these were not true?

we are only seeing one side of the story of many angles with this... she continues to bring up the past when ryan has really moved on n dont discuss much of anything that im aware of(could be wrong)... either way theres many angles to make a bedroom... not just one angle makes a room just like one angle links the whole story together... cuz they are many sides to a story cant really believe anything cuz its all subjective... basically whom what how where... have no clue this is why ppl shouldnt side with either/or... u see this all the time in election years with politicians... they gather up ppl to gang up on the other to get what they want... its a political tactic thats pretty much the norm... not attacking sylvia or ryan but what u accuse of ryan of doing ur doing the same by voicing all these podcast to gain ppl on ur side with the masses against ryan... the way im viewing it its just politics anymore... i think the podcast be more well received if they wasnt no ryan involved at all... u guys could get the point across more without bringing someone into it.. or atleast not naming the individual thats basically gaslighting... hope my comment dont get deleted for being unbiased n honest

do you see Taylor Swift with her new album? not saying who is in the right or wrong in all these circumstances, because we can't ever know the truth. But the reason people can't move on from things is because they were hurt to the point of no return. Ryan walked away from the saga being the clear winner in the public's eyes. Whether you believe Sylvia or not, you can't expect someone who received mass public hatred to the extent she did to just go away, be silent and move on. You certainly wouldn't either if it happened to you.
