It would be foolish to consider temporary peace as permanent staus , with violence erupting every few months and people strutting about with guns and ammunition. Who is this stupid felllow!? When did any Kuki, Zomi and Hmar freely visiting Imphal city or even the Tulihal Airport? Is not it wrong not to declare President's Rule in Manipur even after law and order has totally collapsed?
