my dad & i just went 2 disney world with our lake friends in february. it was my second time there since i was seven in 2002 & i had even more damn fun than last time! my favorite part was meeting woody at toy story land cuz hes my favorite like andy! i saw buzz kissing a girls hand b4 that but didnt meet him & i shouldve. I definitely wanna go back sometime & i will then. i met jessie first, hugged her & she took me 2 him!!! i was ecstatic, waved 2 him, hugged the shit outta him & told him “hey woody! hey partner!” my dad said itd been a while since hed seen me smile as big as i did. i actually had a tiny feeling that i was gonna cry but i didnt. i wore one of my toy story shirts & they pointed at themselves on it. they were gonna sign it but i dont think they were allowed. i didnt get an autograph book like last time so woody got some paper from a photographer & they signed that. he did first & i hugged the shit outta him again while jess did. we went back the next day & rode slinky. i dont like roller coasters but he looked like a gentler one & i thought id ride him. we were in the last car so i was still nervous. on the first drop i was like “omg”. i felt like i was falling. when he launched i was like “oh god” but i got used 2 it. i was still nervous tho. when everybody else put their hands up on the hills i only put one up & held the bar with my other one. wheezy sang at the end but he didnt move & neither did his mouth. the animatronics were probably broken. slink said so long pals when i got off & i told him “so long slink”. hes my second favorite cuz im a dog person & he was woodys best friend b4 buzz. i was glad i rode him & really surprised i wasnt even nauseous. i saw buzz again after that b i got a picture of the toy story mania entrance but didnt go in & i shouldve. i found a video of jessies trading post & shouldve seen it. i will when i go back. it looks awesome

Will it be too late for Disney to remake Treasure Planet or at the very least, adapt certain elements of John Silver into Aladdin's father? Despite that there are still no updates about the sequel of the remake of Aladdin, it has been confirmed that such a sequel will contained elements from both The Return of Jafar and Aladdin: The King of Thieves and also to have various sources to be implemented in as well. Well, Silver's character can be one of such sources. At least, for Aladdin's father if they decided to add him in as an antagonist and if they decided to make the sequel the father-and-son-bonding-time kind of story. Plus, the world needed good villains like Disney's Long John Silver. After all, win-win scenario for both the heroes and villains is the best option for everyone. I know that what I just said sound very outlandish but at this point, Disney should take anything to revive itself, regardless of how wild, unthinkable and outlandish the concepts and ideas are.

This movie helped me connect with my stepdad better and taught me it's better to be a good villain than a bad hero

I’ll be honest. When I walked out of the theater, I felt off about the movie, and I never watched the movie since that one time in the theater I went to see it.

The simple line that completely sells Silver for me is when asked about his cybernetics by Jim he simply replies "You lose a few things chasing a dream." So simple, so brief, but tells us so much about Silver, about what he's willing to give up in pursuit of his goals, and that once he was just like Jim, just a boy on a quest.

This might *actually* be the KZfaq video with the most times the word "actually" is *actually* said. 😂 Did you have a quota to meet or something? I'm sorry, I enjoyed the video and you made great points about the film, but the number of times you said the word "actually" was all I could end up focusing on.

Computer animation is nice, but it is time for traditional animation to make a triumphant comeback.

The only reason people hate this movie is because it’s a sequel to cars 1 and it’s completely different. IMO this film is better than the first film when comparing the films as their own individual movies. In that regard Cars 2 is arguably better than the first film and like I said the only reason people hate this film is cause it’s a sequel to Cars 1 and the 2 films are nothing alike. Cars 2 in terms of being a solo film is absolutely awesome. Cars 2 is to me better than Cars 1 in terms of being a solo film.

I worked at a movie theater in Boston when this came out. Even opening day saw a very empty house. It remained almost empty with no more than a few people ever watching it, while, even a full year later, Lion King sold out every Friday and Saturday. I tried watching Pocahontas, but it was so generic and bland and boring I couldn't sit through it.

Dude, 2D animation still exists, have you not seen the new SpongeBob episodes? It still has that kind of animation.

Honestly, I think they could’ve made it work if they had slowly taken away the quirkiness in favor of more of a mature character, who comes to understand why many wishes can’t be granted and accepts it, but also defeats the king because he had become more corrupt and was no longer granting wishes the benefited the kingdom, but instead granting wishes that benefited him. This way Disney could’ve kept the likable quirky side but also had Asha develop into her own character through the movie.

I’ll never understand why the Underminer wasn’t the main villain of this movie. It makes the game “The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer” a more worthy sequel than the actual movie sequel.

I have this weird feeling letting the rest of OK into the scare program was a compromise because Dean Hardscrabble changed her mind about Mike after the incident but wasn’t in a position where she willingly could let him or sully back into the school. The way she wishes them luck makes me feel like she wanted to let them back in but her hands were tied because of things out of her control like the publicity surrounding the stunt.

I feel like the thing about Yzma is that she *does* have the means to be a credible villain (she *did* attempt an assassination on her own emperor), it's just that the universe stubbornly refuses to cooperate with her for any longer than ten seconds (the llama potion being mislabeled). Of course, it's a lot funnier that way.

She always inspired me as a little girl and still does inspire me when I re-watch. I even run to “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” and the score when she cuts her hair. That scene always gives me chills!! Pure epicness! She just makes me want to kick ass at work and working out. And she had to struggle and grow! She empowers me more than the 2020 Mary Sue remake ever could. I’m tired of all the mary sues and pandering lately.
