Can you use the water you cooked the orange in for the syrup? In my head, this would either have a great orange taste or be bitter from the orange skin… 🤔

Does using kataifi yield the same result, or does it need to be ripped instead of shredded?

Hi, I usually see you on Saturday Kitchen, nice to find you as well as doing my childhood pastry. Breaks at school were always sweeter with this pastry I always bought. Thanks a lot 🎄🇬🇧🎄 Maria

Is the 400g of caster sugar for the cake and syrup? Or 400g only for the cake? Thanks

I was looking at Dolmade recipes and I think yours is the way to go by lining the base of the pan with sliced tomato's. Good kitchen trick and Add's more flavor too. You earned my subscription.

I used to drive all the way from southern NJ to Astoria, NYC to buy these. Since you made it look really simple to make. Think I'm going to try to make them and save myself some money. Tunnel tolls are over $20 nowadays.

Stuffed grape leaves at Kroger (with no meat in them) are more than $5 for 8 or 9 little rolled up gems. I need to be able to make them at home just to save some money! This recipe is awesome! Thank you for posting! 💞💖💗

160°c/gas mark 3 for around 20 minutes. Mine sometimes take 25-30 minutes but I have a dodgy oven. I've made these lots of times and they always go down well 😍

When I went to Cyprus a few years ago I was in a Taverna near Polis and tried the Moussaka.. It was beautiful but I found there was so much potato and little sauce. I like a lot of tomato sauce with loads of the wild Cyprus Oregano. At some point I would love to see your take on Moussaka. Thank you for a great video!
