You gotta do a better job pretending to take notes, Steve🤓 I was observing how your pen hardly touched your notebook. You could work on your acting skills 🤓

Why is it called, "pre-sales"? I came here expecting to see someone actually SELL a product yet to be released. Am I missing something?
@pulusu8 жыл бұрын
Sale is a contract. Until it's not signed, the sale did not happen. B2B companies hold many business meetings before the actually "Sale". The conversation is one such business meeting.
@JFCotman8 жыл бұрын
Then "negotiations" would be a more accurate word. "pre-sales" is commonly recognized as closing on something yet to be released.

Hello Steve, seeking ways to improve and transform my work as presales I found your video and it is very interesting, there are very basic concepts that sometimes you forget about, thanks for sharing these concepts in a such good manner.

I like your style fella, excellent advice which can be applied to life in general as well as in a pre-sales environment. Listen, understand and empathise. The solution is usually the easy part. I like to think that I apply most of these techniques naturally but it's good to be reminded and reassured. Great video, many thanks for posting,
